Everyone waited patiently for Meizou to walk out with some good news. Meiza rested her head on Lei's shoulder, her head already filled with ideas for his birthday. She wanted it to be special since this was their first time celebrating it together. She was always too young to go to his parties.

"What are you thinking about, Tianshi?" Lei asked curiously.

"Just how I was always too small to attend your birthday parties," Meiza revealed.

Lei chuckled lightly and said, "I never really had fun at those anyways."

Meiza took this down in her mind and bit her lip. She had to make this birthday extra fun for him. After all, they had been through a lot this year and well, they hadn't had a lot of time together these days and Meiza really missed it.

"I think Meizou's coming," Ximen pointed out. Everyone stood up when they saw their friend rushing towards them with a placid expression.

"It's hard to tell if it went well or not," Meiza whispered to Shancai who nodded in return.

"Meizou. What happened?" Ah Si asked immediately. Meizou took a deep breath.

"The baby... he's premature so he'll be kept in an incubator but..." Meizou started but paused. Meiza started to worry and she moved forward to stand in front of Meizou, grabbing his hands.

"What about Ju?" Meiza asked.

"She's... unconscious. She lost a lot of blood and something is wrong with her heart," Meizou explained.

"Yeah she has a heart condition. I guess it runs in the family," Meiza clarified, referring to her panic attacks and her slightly weak heart.

"Oh. Well. She's not waking up. The doctor said she will soon but... she hasn't yet," Meizou replied shakily. Meiza wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tight.

"She will. It's Ju. Nothing can stop that girl," Meiza reassured him. Meizou nodded and Meiza let go. "Where's my nephew?"

"Oh he's in the nursery. I'm going to stay with Ju," Meizou stated and left immediately. Meiza found it odd that Meizou didn't want to be with his son but she figured it was only because Ju was in a worrying predicament.

"We'll go with him and make sure he's okay," Shancai smiled and dragged Ah Si and Ximen along with her. Meiza sighed and looked up at Lei.

"Let's go see the baby then," she smiled a little but deep down she was afraid that they would begin to argue about the whole children situation again.

"Oh my goodness! He's adorable!" Meiza squealed when she and Lei were led to the baby. He had to be kept in an incubator for now because he's premature. Meiza sat down on a stool and stared at the beautiful, sleeping boy.

"He's so small," Lei pointed out, sitting besides her. They both gazed at the little baby in front of them, their hearts warming.

"I can't wait to have one," Meiza whispered to herself, smiling at the tiny human. A nurse came and interrupted them.

"Excuse me. Are you the parents of this child?" The nurse asked. She squinted at Meiza and frowned. "You seem too young to be a mother."

"Ha. No... We're not the parents," Meiza replied timidly. "I'm the baby's aunt."

"So you must be Fang Meiza," the nurse said, as she looked through the forms on her clipboard. The nurse seemed rather rude to Meiza and she sensed that this nurse was a really gossip queen. The nurse squinted at Lei. "And he?"
