I left the jewelry store (I was finalizing Colby's ring) and sped home. After parking, I went in to find Colby. I found him in the Garage. I walked up to him and threw my phone down.
"You think I'm cheating, look through my phone. I have nothing to hide." I said and walked away. He came back a few minute later and threw me my phone.
"I'm not looking through to prove what I already know. Please just leave me alone." He says and walks away.
He doesn't believe me.
I rush back out the door and head back to the jewelry store to pick up the ring I found for colby. I was gonna propose, then this happened. But I'm not giving up.
I call Corey:
Corey, I need your help. Colby? Yes, I need you to bring him to where we had our first date. You know I gotchu! Corey Scherer is on the case! Thank you, I really appreciate it. Not a problem, everyone in the house but Colby knew you were getting a ring for him. I just hope he can finally believe me. He will, you two were made for each other. Good luck brother.
I hung up and paid for the ring.

I left the jewelry store and headed to The Cheesecake Factory (Fun fact, I've never been) and waited for Colby. A few minutes later and the door opens and in walks the love of my life.
He's dressed in his now or never crewneck and black ripped jeans with his all black vans. I just about fall out of my seat.
"This better be good. Corey wouldn't leave me alone until I came here." Colby said with an icy attitude.
"Listen, ever since we met we've been close. I didn't know I loved you at first, but the second we kissed I knew it was meant to be. I love you with every bone in my body. You have showed me what love was about and how much I am actually loved. You showed me that I shouldn't care what anyone thinks. I don't want to spend any time with anyone else but you." At this point we're both tearing up. "You are the man of my dreams, you are the man I want to buy a house with. There is no one else I could imagine myself with."
I get up and get down on one knee, "Cole Robert Brock, will you be the man I spend the rest of my life with and marry me?"
