Chapter 12

Greyson whined as a strong convulsion of pain raced through his body as a contraction started up. Nicholas standing right by his mate's side watching in concern even though Nicholas was close to labour himself. His water had broken after Greyson had started in active labour. The stress of seeing his mate in labour had pushed him to an earlier delivery day. "now both of you stay calm, someone gets me an extra bed and an extra nurse there are two pregnant people in here not just one" their doctor Mary said kindly before shouting the last part down the hall. Not soon later a second bed and nurse. Nicholas was then instructed to lie in the other bed. the beds were pushed as close as possible so the omegas could hold hands to offer each other comfort. They lay like this for the next hour until the Maria told them Greyson had dilated enough to push.

And push he did until he was near exhaustion and two baby girls had been born and placed on him when they were cleaned he then pushed out the placenta and promptly fell asleep with his and Nicholas' daughters on his chest secured by his arms. After Greyson had fallen asleep. Nicholas went into labour giving birth to his their son an hour later after which delivering the placenta and falling asleep from the immense exhaustion. They slept for two hours before the pups cried waking them up to see Nicholas' family and Brendon with his mate Ian. Greyson manoeuvred their daughters so they could latch onto his lactating nipples. Nicholas copied the gesture and placed their son onto his own nipple. Soon after the crying stopped and the others in the room were staring with awe and interest.

"Congratulations brother and Greyson their beautiful" Elijah sated and they were their tiny heads had a small dusting of hair. red on the two females and black on the male. Their eyes all a uniform blue although of different shades.

"yes honey was so proud," Said Nicholas' mom Casey trying to get a closer look before backing off when both omegas bared their teeth already protective of their newly born offspring. It was essential in the first week as it helped the parents bond with the pups.

"Now, now guys she didn't want to hurt them she just wants to know their names" Nicholas' Father James in an understanding tone as he was the same way when both his sons were born.

"The female pups will be named Alexa and Elena respectively," said Greyson gesturing to both his daughters. The one born first would be name Alexa and her little sister Elena.

"And the Male pup will be named Hunter" chimed in Nicholas as they had both already decided on the names a week ago.

"Those are wonderful names I'm sure all the pack will be eager to meet our new additions when you're ready to share them" Spoke Brendon as he regarded the Omegas with respect and admiration. Greyson and Nicholas nodded in respect to their friend and beta.

The pups had been happily drinking milk during the conversation until now. They squirmed in discomfort to which both omegas promptly burped the pups. For the first time since they woke up, they switched on which pups they held. Nicholas getting both his daughters to hold and Greyson holding his son. It was perfect as both squeezed on one bed all three pups between them. Their heads draw together on the pillow as they both looked content.

"They're so adorable" whispered Casey as she hugged her husband and mate James.

"I know mom we should let them sleep" Replied Elijah as Brendon took another picture for his scrapbook.

Casey and James then left the room followed by Elijah and Brendon as they went in separate directions. Elijah could then focus on the rouge threat instead of two pregnant hormonal omega's. The pheromones from newborn wolves forced a calm within the pack but also a protective unit to protect the pups it was nature's way of ensuring the future of the pack.

Elijah got to his office with Brendon in tow. Many of his warriors were there waiting with a map of the area and small figures representing them and the enemy. Elijah got situated at the head of the table.

"I have gathered you here today because a threat was made against our omega's and their family" boomed Elijah to which snarls of outrage filled the office and Elijah allowed himself to take comfort in their protectiveness.

"What is the plan Alpha," asked Freddie his eyes a mix of his and his inner wolf's.

"The plan is to attack before they can strike here. We need to make sure our two omegas are protected and we need to take a medic for the omega's will be to bring back" said Elijah to which cheers could be heard in the whole room. Elijah then discussed the need for two teams one for rescue and one for the attack. While the attack force kept there enemy fighting force distracted the rescuers would seek inside and get the prisoners. With every bit of the plan explained the warriors were allowed 20 minutes to say their farewells and meet Elijah and Brendon along with Ian outside. Ian was going to be their guide. As his mate Brendon was worried but ad a beta he knew the value in the knowledge Ian held so had reluctantly agreed to Ian going on there rescue mission as Ian's sister was one of the captured omega's.

When everyone was gathered in the garden 200 hundred strong they transformed into their wolves. Some blonde some red some brown and some grey as well as a colour mix but the only black wolf was Elijah among their group, as well as being the largest wolf in their group. The others around him tucked their tails and flattened their ears in submission as a form of respect for their alpha.

And with that, they set out on their mission to rescue the omega's and protect the two they already had. And they were certain they would succeed.

"Sir all is going to plan the omegas have just given birth we should strike now," said a male rouge with a vicious glint in his eye.

"Not yet be patient. Taking them away now when they have not properly bonded with their pups won't break them. Give it three days and we collect the omegas" the rouge leader stated calmly.

"Yes, sir I look forward to it" replied the first rouge.

The rouge leader stood abruptly as snarls and growls reverberated outside the building he was in. He ran through the halls until he got outside were a blood bath awaited him.

"What's happing" the leader snarled at one of the guards.

"Pack wolves, sir, they're attacking," the man said his gaze cast down. The leader growled to himself before he spotted an alpha. A black wolf killing rouges left and right in a ferocious way.

The leader then rushed toward the alpha and shifted into his own wolf a deep brown wolf with a black back. He sped toward the alpha in anger and attacked.
