Chapter 19

Elijah watched in fondness as his brother and brother in law said good luck to their pups for their first day of school, his own pups getting the same treatment as they would be in the same year. Elijah was nervous for their offspring as they had spent the majority of their time as wolves as they grew up as it just felt natural. But now they had to keep from shifting for six hours a day he knew they could do it but that didn't help his nerves.

"They'll be fine dear" Jasmine assured him for the fourth time that morning as she patted the back of their daughter.

"I know but this will be the longest they've been away from us since they were born" Elijah tried but Jasmine gave him an unimpressed stare.

"They'll be fine" Greyson commented as the bus finally left with the five pups on it ready for their first day of school.

"What now," Nicholas asked as their younger children started fussing.

"You get those three back for their nap and then take time to be with each other" Jasmine replied before pulling Elijah with her after saying goodbye to the two omegas.

Elijah let himself be pulled along with his mate as she seemed determined to get him alone. He thought back to how lucky he had been so far with his beautiful mate, She was everything he had hoped for in an alpha female and after his brother found his mate before him he was extremely jealous but then she came to that year's gala. He smiled fondly at the memory where he had stopped another alpha from talking to her by claiming her lips with his own.

"What are you thinking about you seem awfully happy" Jasmine questioned as they reached their front door where Elijah handed her the key.

"I was thinking about when I met you" He replied softly loving the soft blush that crept across her cheeks.

In one quick motion, he claimed her lips in a hungry kiss full of love and adoration. They pulled away from both breathless smiling at one another. Elijah held the door while Jasmine removed the key and they entered their home with their daughter. Elijah held his hands out and Jasmine gave him Isabella and he cooed and baby talked to her. He was honestly a very happy werewolf. His pack was growing with the omegas mates who had joined them when the omegas had refused to leave this pack along with the high birth rate they were experiencing. He also has his family and of course his beautiful mate. Life couldn't get any better than it was right now but he still had many firsts to experience with each of his pups and he couldn't wait.

Brendon paced the office in the packhouse with a large album in his arms which he had put every image he had collected of Nicholas and Greyson. He placed it on Nicholas's old desk with a note that read this is what I have been working on I hope you both like it. He then left the office in search of his mate who was still in the kitchen after saying goodbye to their son and daughter. Brendon walked up behind Ian before slipping his arms around his mate's waist to have Ian lean back against him.

"Hey, you," Ian said as he leaned further into Brendon a grin still on his face.

"Hey yourself, what are you doing here alone," Brendon asked as he inhaled the scent from Ian's hair.

"Just thinking about the pups and what would've happened that day the pack found me and captured me instead of killing me and how that lead me to be here with you" Ian explained a soft smile on his face.

"That's a good but bitter memory for me, no one wants to find their mate in a cell even if a threat to their pack is seen" Brendon commented as he whirled Ian around so they were facing.

"We're together now and that's what matters" Ian reminded Brendon as he nuzzled under Brendon's chin.

"I know and I've loved every second of it" Brendon commented before pressing his lips to Ian's.

Their lips moved against each other in perfect sync and Brendon thought back to the years they had spent together and the ones they still had. Their kiss was long and tender leaving them both smiling like idiots as they looked at one another with pure love in their eyes. Brendon looked deep into Ian's eyes and thought about the rest of their lives that they had to live and he couldn't wait until Ian was ready for another pup as their twins Harper and Sparrow were outnumbered by the pups their friends had.

Nicholas and Greyson had just finished putting the twins and Kurt down and were settling onto the couch in each other's arms. They were watching Brooklyn 99 laughing as Peralta got into his shenanigans pulling the whole squad with him. Nicholas had Greyson's hand rubbing his thumb over the knuckles as they enjoyed each others company.

"I'm so glad I found you all those years ago" Nicholas spoke as he turned his head to see Greyson already looking at him.

"I am as well I was beginning to lose hope but look at what I have now, a wonderful family and a fantastic mate" stated Greyson as he thought back to his life before Nicholas.

"I love you Greyson I have since the moment I met you and I couldn't be happier with what we've created together" Nicholas announced as he placed a kiss on the back of Greyson's hand.

"I love you to Nicholas since the moment I woke up in your hospital with you holding my hand" Greyson reaffirmed.

After which they shared a long passionate kiss neither trying to dominate each other. Their unique mate bond special to them as they were the only omegas that had been mated to each other instead of a more dominant wolf. They were in love and that's all that mattered when they created their family and the mate bond only helped to push them in the right direction.
