An Omega's Omega (Book 1 In Equaliser Series)

Chapter 15

It has been six months since the pups were born. Elijah and Jasmine's first pups being born three months ago them having two sons Damon and Dimitri. And although Ian was not an omega Brendon as a beta needs an heir so Ian has been pregnant for two months. All twenty of the omega's have now given birth and the amount of young in the pack is a healthy sign of its future growth.

Nicholas watched his growing babies rise from their sleep their eyes different shades of blue. They were finally sleeping through the night which was a huge weight off his and Greyson's shoulders. Speaking of Greyson, Nicholas watched the concentrated look on his mates face as he painted their pups. They had yet to get ready for the day as they were still in their nightclothes.

Calling all omega's and their families the beta and I would like you to meet us outside the packhouse in thirty minutes Thank you for the thought message from Elijah made Greyson lose his concentration but he has finished his painting anyway. Greyson stretched out his back groaning when it popped.

"What do you think your brother wants isn't he really busy with his new pups and the rehabilitation of the omegas," asked Greyson as he got up from his chair.

"I'm not sure but it may have something to do with the reason Brendons been doing finances these past months" answered Nicholas shrugging his shoulders.

"Well anyhow let's just get dressed and sort this out when we see your brother" spoke Greyson already opening their closet.

It took both Nicholas and Greyson a good twenty minutes to dress themselves and the three pups. Smiling at each other Nicholas strapped on his daughters baby carriers and Greyson strapped on his son. They then helped each put the pups in the carriers comfortably. When that was done it was finally time to leave the room.

Greyson opened the door and gestured Nicholas to go out first. Nicholas smiled at his mate reaching over to peck Greyson on the lips. They then went down the stairs before blending into the crowd of omega's that were gathered outside the packhouse. They spotted Elijah and Brendon at the front of the pack of omega's and they didn't have to wait long for the alpha to explain.

"We have gathered all of you here because we have s surprise for your families" Spoke Elijah as he looked through the crowd.

"So if you'll follow us we can show you what we mean" continued Brendon.

The Alpha and beta then started walking and the omega's followed them as the got further away from the packhouse. About ten minutes into their walk they stopped in front an arch of trees with a sign saying 'welcome to omega village' on the left side of the arch. Nicholas pushed through the crowd of omega's and approached his brother his mind racing with questions.

"Brother what is going on here I'm not sure I understand" inquired Nicholas as the twins stirred in their slings.

"This my dear brother and the rest of you omega's is. Our brand new housing scheme. There are thirty houses that were built specifically for you and your families. There are more than enough houses for everyone although if you wish to share you may. But one house is specifically for my brother and his family" explained Elijah a grin lighting up his face as cheers went up through the crowd.

The excited buzz continued as the alpha and beta lead them further through the tree to the clearing full of houses. There were thirty of them with all different colours and one was a bit bigger than the others that one was obviously for Nicholas and Greyson. Each house is detached with its own garden and a park was in the middle of the village. The omegas quickly started picking out houses most of the omegas paired up so two families were in a single house but that is what Nicholas suspected when Elijah said so.

"Come on Nicholas, we'll show you and Greyson to the house we built specifically for you both" Spoke Brendon a beaming smile on his face.

"alright lead the way" replied Nicholas who took Greyson's hand and they both followed after the beta.

As they walked through the new village many of the omegas came out of their new houses to show gratitude to their alpha and beta. The pure joy on these peoples faces at having their own safe place was worth the trouble the rest of the pack went through to get these house built. As they came across the biggest house in the clearing. A two-story house with soft grey colour on the outer walls and a vibrant white along the window edges and the front door was a deep blue. A red picket fence going around the garden that surrounds the house and a swing on the porch that overlooks a play area.

"It's beautiful Elijah" whispered Greyson. Nicholas pulled his mate into his side as a form of comfort as they were both overwhelmed.

"Come on theirs still more to see" replied Elijah as he ushered both omega's into the house.

As they went through the front door they entered into a hallway. They all put their shoes in the shoe rack and hung their coats on the coat rack. As they ventured further into the house a large open plan living space becomes visible. In the living room, there are two green two-seater couches and a deep purple love seat. A tv system mounted on the walls and baby bounces on the floor near the couches. The ajenct kitchen had a dining table. The granite countertops along with the stainless steel oven and a fridge freezer. A connective door in the kitchen leads to a laundry room with all kinds of cleaning supplies.

They then went up to the second floor. The first room they come across is the master bedroom. The room looks just like the one they had at the packhouse. The same colour theme and everything. Next was an office room. The office had two sides one was technical with a computer and documents spread out on a desk. The other end of the office was creative with canvases and paints along with a stool and easels. And window looking down into the yard.

The next room they saw is the nursery. The walls painted in a soft yellow and the three cribs along with a changing table as well as two rocking chairs near a bookcase. There were then another three rooms that can be made into kids rooms or keep as guest rooms. Each room in the house had a window and the house was warm but not too hot.

"We love it Elijah it's perfect" spoke Greyson which made Elijah's heart leap with joy that he got it right.

"I hoped you would I'll have someone bring over your things so that you can get comfortable in your new home. The fridge freezer and cupboards are full of food. And you have everything you need" Replied Elijah before hugging his brothers as he considered Greyson a brother now too.

Elijah and Brendon then left the house just as a she-wolf and her mate delivered all of Nick and Grey's things from the packhouse.

Elijah then jogged back to the packhouse to go be with his family. He would love to move into one of the houses in omega village but he'd have to discuss it with Jasmine.
