Chance's POV:
I woke slowly from my sleep curled against Festus to Leo shaking me gently.
"Wake up, sleepy head," Leo smiled fondly at me. "Looks like you've been busy."
"Leo," I wrapped my arms around his neck sleepily as he picked me up. Leaning my head against his shoulder I mumbled, "There are people looking for you."
"What?" He brushed my cheek gently and I could hear the worry in his voice. "What do you mean?"
"I had a funny dream about a bunch of people in orange t-shirts," I yawned. "They were around a fire and in a house, I think. They were debating whether or not you are dead. But you are here so you can't be dead. It was a weird dream."
For a moment Leo was silent. Glancing at his face I saw his eyes had gone wide and his jaw was slack.
"L-Leo?"
He kissed my forehead, "You are so gifted and I love you so much. I'm so sorry the ghost of my past are coming back to haunt you."
"I don't understand," I leaned back. "What do you mean?"
"Tomorrow," He rubbed the back of my head gently. "That was our deal, I'll explain everything to you tomorrow. Come, tell me what you've built."
Still curious, but willing to let the matter rest for now, I showed Leo my armor. At first he seemed concerned, but he complimented me on my vision. If I wanted to be a hunter, a suit of armor would indeed make him a little less worried, but not by much. He also gave me tips for how to make the armor's collapsed form smaller. For the rest of the day he and I worked on my armor and I found he too had the same unexplained knowledge of how to build something he'd never built before. As we finished up I glanced over at my brother. He seemed to be distracted. I couldn't help but think he was thinking about what I'd told him earlier about my dream.
That evening as we ate supper I found it rather quiet. It seemed that all the grown ups were thinking about tomorrow and the talk we'd have to have. It was what they promised me. My brother seemed upset and I found myself reminded of my dream and the man in the suit. Leo had looked so mad in the dream and it looked as if his heart would break. Someone had betrayed him I think, but I coudn't be sure.
"So you spent your time alone building a suit of armor?" Claire asked to make conversation.
"Yes," I replied quietly. I like my brother's girlfriend; she was nice. Once I'd asked Leo if he was going to marry Claire. He'd given me a wide eyed stare then broke down laughing. Something I'd said had amused him but I still don't know what it was.
"Well that's exciting," Jody smiled tightly. "But you still have a lot of years to decide whether you want to be a hunter or not."
"There are other things out there that you can do," Sam continued. "You could be a doctor or a lawyer."
"What are you, a college recruiter?" Dean scoffed and took a drink of his adult juice. "Lay off you guys. She'll figure out where she's supposed to be when she's ready. For now let her dream."
"My dreams haven't been nice to me recently," I said quietly. "I had a really weird dream last night. There was a man in a big hall like room. He was wearing a suit. Leo and Dean, you guys were there and Leo was angry. You looked hurt, but not physically. You were crying and on fire and you said you were done."
"And you dreamed about camp directly after that?" Leo asked. It was the first thing he'd said since dinner started.
"Yeah I think so," I frowned. "But I don't remember really well. I was worried about you."
