This song describes Tayla when she was years old. I wasnt going to reveal her past like this but I dont really see anyother way in telling it fully and it is really meaningful and I think it deserves a chapter on it's own. Warnging: there is parents fighting, parent death (though I am not saying what happend to her mother in this chapter but she did die) and family violence in this chapter. If any of this disturbs you or triggers you please dont read.
~In The Past~
~Tayla's POV~
Vision is blurry, everything sounds like underwater. Vision clears up to show a female face, a mother, just new to the title. She had brown sandy hair and green teary eyes as she looks down at her newly born baby with a smile.
"H-hello precious, I'm your mummy" she chokes on a sob of happiness.
The birth took hours and was very painful for Layna, but she had finaly done it...
"Hello baby girl" a new voice was detected and the young life turned with curiosity "I'm your daddy"
The three were in a hospital room, not that the newly welcomed life would know that.
"Oh Leland, shes perfect" the mother said crying again not taking her eyes of their baby daughter for even a moment.
"Yeah... she is, just like her mother" the male, Leland, then kissed the mother forehead and then looked down to his daughter with loving eyes. "What we gonna call her?"
The mother for the first time, took her eyes off her daughter and looked to her husband. "Well, I was thinking, I kinda like ... Tayla..."
"Tayla? its perfect" Leland says as he climbs on the bed, cuddling his wife and newly born child. "Tayla, our little Tayla"
The little girl, Tayla giggled and put her tiny arms out towards her parents. Not realizing, to young to understand, the living hell she was born into and that the world, though beautiful, was a cruel and harsh place...
[Time skip, Tayla 2 years old]
Tayla's family on her mother's side had just come back from a mission from the army. A mission that has kept them away from their family for 3 years, 2 years for Tayla. She has never met them until now.
"Oh Layna, she is so beautiful" The female says. Older Sister to Layna and Auntie to Tayla. She has blonde hair and a long fringe covering her eye. Due to an accident on the field, Sharp lots her right eye.
"Gosh, shes a cutie, you two made a beauty" ... Delgado oldest brother to Sharp and Layna.
"Delgodo!" Layna scolds, blushing slightly.
Delgado and Leland merely chuckle, Leland wrapping an arm around his wife looking down at their daughter who was in her arms, confused and frightened by the new faces.
[4 Years Old]
Leland and Layna both hold one of their daughters hands, swinging her as the two walked into a field of flowers. They soon let her go when she wants to chase a butterfly. Leland wrapping an arm around layna's waist.
"She looks so much like you Layna, she has your kindness as well" Leland says smirking.
"She has your spirit beloved, and your bravery." Layna says.
After awhile Leland speaks up again.
"Gosh I love you" he whispers to her as the two watch their daughter.
"I love you more" she says snuggling into his chest, sighing contentedly.
"I love you most..." he says quietly. Both giving a small humorous scoff that makes them look up/down at each other, Layna giggling before taking his hand and heading towards their daughter.
