A few months later

~Optimus POV~

It was an awful feeling seeing my sweetspark in distress like this. I cannot explain how much it tore me apart to see her crying the way she was. She hadn't said a word too me since she got here. She just fell into my arms and sobbed with me rubbing her back.

"Tayla... do you think you can explain to me what happened?" I encouraged gentily.

"I...I Got kicked out of my own house... because my f-father wanted me too-" She started sobbing again. I could only imagine what he father wanted her to do.

I noticed she had all her stuff packed including her three dogs. I couldn't  leave her here... but I couldn't take her back to base ethier. I sighed softly.

"Come on, can you follow my truck?" I asked, wondering if she could still drive.

She nodded and sniffled as she went over to her car.

I got into my alt-mode and waited for her to get in her vehical. I then pulled onto the road and searched up the nearest hotel. I would have to do a lot of explaining to my team when I got back...

We finaly made it to a place to stay for a few nights. It wasn't anything grand but it was all I could find in such short notice.

I pulled up and so did Tayla.

We both hopped out of out vehicles and l looked at the place as we closed our doors with a thud.

"You live here?" Tayla asked as she wiped her tears away. I was so glade she had stopped crying.

"Uh... no? This is temporary." I start walking up.

"Orian, I don't think they will allow pets in there. Most hotels think it rude" Tayla informed me.

I sigh a little. "Wait here..." though Agent Fowler can be a strange one at times, he did have his uses.

~Tayla's POV~

I waited for Orian. I was still shaken up by the whole ordeal I had gone through. Did I just loose the only parent I had left?

Orian came back smiling sadly at me. "Come on, bring you're stuff and you're dogs."

I blinked at him strangely. I saw the sign on the door that said 'no pets' on our way here. "What did you do?"

"I pulled a few strings" Optimus grinned and helped me with my stuff.

The room we were given wasn't really anything. The hotel itself was not nice and had one floor, ground level.
I couldn't complain though, it was better then nothing.

As soon as we entered the room it smelt like cat piss. The curtains had fallen down and it looked like a horror scene.

"Don't worry to much, we won't be staying here long" Optimus said as he passed me.

The dogs didn't like it here. If the smell was bad for me and Orian it would be a thousand times worse for them.

Orian insisted that I had the bed. He laid down on the couch. I was thankful that the dogs rested on the floor and didnt try jumping on Orian. They were really well behaved around him actually.

I couldn't sleep. I kept thinking what my father had told me. Especially when he said i was just like one of them. What the hell did that mean?

I must of passed out from exhaustion  because everything stopped there and when I opened my eyes again, it was morning.
