Toothless and Arrow were playing happily in the background as Hiccup and Iris talked outside of his hut. "And your sure you don't mind?" He asked for the third time.

"I'm sure," Iris rolled her eyes playfully, "I'll bring it by in a bit so you can get started right away."

Hiccup sighed and gave Iris a crooked grin, "thanks, Iris. If this works, the gang's gonna love it."

With that, Iris left. As she strolled back to her hut, Tuff spotted her and took his place by her side. "So, what'd you have to talk to Hiccup about?" He wondered, lacing his fingers with hers.

"He's making something, and I'm not supposed to tell anyone yet," Iris explained vaguely.

Tuffnut's eyes lit up. "Oh! What is it?" He asked eagerly.

Giving her love a sideways glance, Iris giggled and reminded him, "I can't tell you, Tuff."

"Oh.." His face fell into a frown, then he almost immediately smiled again, "I love surprises!"

"I know you do," Iris responded, giving him a firm punch in the shoulder. Together, they walked back to Iris's home.

"So, wanna fill me in on your latest project?" Astrid asked Hiccup suggestively. Iris had just come by with what he needed to get started, and Astrid was more than curious.

"Nope," Hiccup told her with an amused grin, "it's a secret..for now."

Astrid rolled her eyes and leaned against the wall on his hut. "I don't know how many more of your secret projects I can take," she joked.

Hiccup approached her and planted a gentle kiss on her forehead before looking into her eyes. "You'll love it, trust me," he assured her before ushering her out the door.

"H-hey!" Astrid laughed as she was taken outside by Hiccup. She turned around and kissed him on the lips before smiling and saying, "I'll be looking forward to the finished product." She then turned to leave Hiccup to his work.

"This feels wrong," Snotlout cringed as he watched Ruffnut and Eret hold hands as they walked through the village.

"Tell me about it," Tuff frowned and crossed his arms.

"How did she change his mind?!" Snotlout began to rant, "and I couldn't even get a date."

Tuffnut gave Snotlout a sideways look and responded, "well, that doesn't really surprise me."

"Hey!" Snotlout lunged and the twin, knocking him to the ground. As the two began to wrestle, Iris approached with a raised eyebrow. She sighed and readied herself to interfere. Once the perfect moment was upon them, she snatched them each by a shoulder and ripped them apart.

"What?" Snotlout shouted in shock. He turned to Iris and complained, "he called me ugly!"

This time, Tuff argued, "well, he tried to date my sister. For a year."

Iris sighed and let go of both men. She smiled in amusement at Snotlout, "he's kinda got you beat there."

"You're just taking his side because he's your boyfriend," Snotlout glared at Iris.

"Betrothed," Iris corrected.

Tuffnut looked down at her with a proud smile, "yeah, betrothed. Oh, Thor, that sounds so amazing." As the twin admired the title, Fishlegs came over to see what the commotion was about.

"What's going on here?" Fishlegs wondered at the sight of Snotlout's fluster.

Tuff shrugged and explained, "Snotlout's jealous of Eret."

"I am not!" Snotlout yelled.

Iris laughed and pulled on Tuffnut's arm, "come on, there's someone I want you to meet."

"Ooo, okay," the man responded excitedly and the two ran off together.

Snotlout and Fishlegs watched them leave. "I can't believe she's marrying him," Snotlout frowned in defeat.

"I'm happy for them," Fishlegs remarked with a grin.

"What? Oh, yeah, me too," Snotlout forced himself to agree, "..I just can't believe it...the twins are both gonna be married before me." Fishlegs couldn't hold back his laugh as Iris disappeared woth Tuff.

"So who are we going to see?" Tuff asked as they walked hastily toward to hanger where the dragons stayed.

"An old friend of my people," Iris spoke simply, obviously excited to see this person. When they reached the stable building, Tuffnut was surprised to find a huge prickleboggle among the dragons. It was crimson and black in color, and well on it's way to becoming a titan wing. Next to it, stood a man.

"Victor!" Iris yelled for his attention.

The man turned around and smiled, "Iris, is that you? What are you doing so far from your island?" Victor approached the couple with a look of pleased surprise.

"That's a long story," Iris raised her eyebrows and sighed, "but I saw you fly in on Stormchaser; what are you doing on Berk?"

"I heard of the island of dragon trainers recently; I simply could not pass up the opportunity to visit," Victor responded.

"You train dragons, too?" Tuff asked in woah.

Victor grinned proudly. "I certainly do," he confirmed before asking politely, "and who might you be?"

"I'm Tuffnut," he introduced casually.

Iris smiled from Tuff to Victor and elaborated, "Victor, this is my betrothed."
