Zed and Wels were hanging out in the shopping area, when Tango ran past them. "Tango?" Zed asked surprised. Tango jumped form the cliff down to Iskall's Black Pearl. "TANGO!" The pair saw many people running all over the place. "What happen?" Zed ask as he grabbed Impulse. "I freak him out." A scream caught all of their attention. And when they ran over they saw Tango with lava surrounding him.
"How?" Impulse asked. "Tango must a lava quirk." Grian said. Wels jumped down, his hands glowing. As he landed on the water it froze. Tango screamed, lava spewed from his hands.
As Wels walked toward Tango, he pulled out a necklace.

Wels' armor became a snow white, his helmet disappeared, his hair was a light blue, his eyes were light blue. He gain large snowy owl wings. "Tango. Listen me. Breathe." Wels' voice was slightly colder. He put one of hands on both of Tango's. "Breathe."
As Tango breathed, he past out. "You're spent." Wels using magic lifted Tango to Impulse. Grian had vanished. "Hey, Wels. Nice job." Grian was behind. "How did you..."

At Scar's volcano, Cleo, Scar, iJevin, Zed, and Doc were awaiting Grian. Which he appeared with Wels still in his power form. "Wels you have ice powers." Jevin said looking at Wels in shock. "Yea." "Let me catch you up Wels. I've got crystal, Cleo has fire, Scar has dark, Zed has light, Jevin has water, and Doc has nature." Grian said. "So, who has wind?" Wels asked. "We don't know, but we might want to find them." Cleo said. "Well we can count Tango out." Zed said. "Same with Mumbo and X." Grian said. "Why Mumbo?" "I've him shirtless." "What about Iskall?" "Maybe, what Impulse?" "Nope, he asked 15 hundred questions about magic. Biffa?" "Nope." Jevin said.
