Impulse was watching his boyfriends from afar. "Hey dude." He turned to see Cub. "Hey." "You okay?" "Do you ever weird around Scar?" "What do you mean?" "Like, no matter what you do, you never good enough?" "Well, sometimes, yes. Having a partner that can do magic gets overwhelming. But when I get that way, I take a break." Impulse looked at the pair.
That night, at around 11 pm, Zed had to face the fact, Impulse may not be coming home. Zed had been calling him for about 4 hours now, Tango had gone to bed very worried.
That counited for about 3 days, and was affecting all 3 of them. Tango was hardly sleeping, Zed couldn't focus on anything, and Impulse had lost his spark. It gotten to a point that when Scar came to check on Tango, he found in one Impulse's hoodies. "Tango?" "Scar." Tango had tears running down his face. "What happened?" "Impulse isn't responding and the voices are back." "Hang on. I'll go get him." Scar said before heading over to iBay.
Cub was talking to Impulse, who looked very tired. "IMPUSLE SV!" Scar snapped landing in front of the pair. "Are you ignoring Tango?" "Why?" "I just found him, in tears in his base!" Impulse took off.
Impulse landed in Tango's base. Sure enough Scar was right. "Babe." Tango turned to see Impulse. "IMPULSE!" He said as he tackled hugged him. "I'm so sorry." Tango placed his head on his shoulder.
When Zed got home that night, Impulse got a earful. But it calm down when Tango asked, "Why?" "I just I felt useless, I mean you both have amazing magic, and I'm just normal." "But you also my stability." Tango said. "You help me to focus." Zed said. Impulse looked at the ground. Tango and Zed hugged him.
"You are not forgettable."
