~Kyung-Mi POV~

I was backstage getting changed for my performance. I was wearing the black crop top with white denim shorts. One of the staff members opened the door.

"Ms.Mimi it is time for you to start heading to your spot."

I followed the staff to my platform where I would be raised. I will be honest and say that I slightly stumbled when the platform started going up.

After the performance, as I expected, I was tired and made my way to the other stage.

I stood next to Jeonghan with my feet aching and composed my self to face the camera with a smile. The director gave me my cards to read off of signaled that the camera would be on us in 3..2..

"Well that was quite the performance don't you think Mimi?" Jeonghan said.

"I agree, those were young spirits who showed all they had and a lot more." I said.

"You wanna know who else are young and show more than what they've got?" He said.

"Hmm? Who?" I said.

"The new groups who have a chance to win the award of "'Best New Male Artist '! "

"Very true, here are the nominees!" I said facing back towards the camera.

The nominees began playing on the big screen behind us as we were handed an envelope and our cards were taken. The camera then went back to us.

"And the winner is.... " Jeonghan said opening the envelope with a slight struggle.

"Stray Kids!" We said in unison as the camera went to focus on Stray Kids while I was given the award to hand to the group.

I handed them the award as I left the stage to let them say their speech. I went backstage to change while Jeonghan went back with Seventeen.

I went back to my seat next to Jihyo and see Jimin raising two thumbs at me. I silently let out slightly embarrassed chuckle as he turned back around.

"So~ on a scale of one to 10 how much do your feet hurt?" Tzuyu asked reaching over Jihyo.

"Like freaking 100, how the heck do female idols do it?" I say.

"Let me just say it takes a LOT of tolerance." She said.

"Yeah no duh. Oh lookie it's time for another performance." I said as we both silenced ourselves to look at the stage.

(G)-Idle had just finished performing as a lady went up to the stage to present another award.

"Those were ladies who work so hard to get to where they are today, and the same goes to the nominees for 'Best New Female Artist', and here they are." She said. Nominees began playing on the large screen behind her showing idol groups like IZ*ONE and (G)-Idle. I was a little startled when I saw my name up there showing my music video for 'Siren' (Sunmi).

All the nominees were shown and now was the time to announce who actually won.

"And the winner is........ " She was slightly struggling to open the envelope.

"Must be pretty nerve wracking." Jihyo whispered.

"Oh please my nerves are practically on the ground already." I say as the lady finally gets it open.

"Mimi!" She said. I was honestly shocked. Twice clapped along with everyone else as I went up to the stage in near tears.
