~Kyung-Mi POV~

Today was the day Hoseok and I got into the recording studio. I was a little worried since he hadn't shown me anything he had added onto the lyrics. I guess I'd just have to wait and see when I got there.

I got to the recording room he wanted to meet up at. I decided to knock for the sake of being respectful.

"Come in!" I hear. I slowly open the door and poke my head in until I see Hoseok with his circle framed glasses on with a beanie, sitting on a couch inside with a notepad in one hand and a pen in the other, holding it up to his chin, at least, until he sees me. He looked pretty smart if I'd say so myself. "Oh hey Kyung-Mi. You're early aren't you?"

"Umm nope. It's 1:45....the time we agreed on." I respond awkwardly, leaving the door open behind me as I fully enter. "'Cause I know you didn't mean in the morning."

'Did I forget? Is my phone's time wrong? Did he mean tomorrow? Or even a different time?'

"Hm? What? " His eyes go slightly wide. He quickly checks his phone, realization hitting him as he looks back at me. "Oh.... Nevermind. I just lost track of time." He chuckles nervously.

"It's alright. Are you not ready? I can come back tomor-" I begin to back away pointing my thumb towards the door.

"No!" He quickly stands putting everything making everything from his lap fall onto the ground. I freeze in my steps. "I mean... It's fine. I was just revising it again."

'Is he nervous about something?... He isn't acting normal.'

I just stare not knowing how to process everything.

"Look... Sorry about that. I've just not really been myself since I started coming up with lyrics." He apologizes. "It all just feels too cringey to me."

"Oh that's alright. It's not necessarily easy for me either. I just jot down what I like. " I admit. "Plus, this was originally a love song so I don't see why it can't be a little cringey."

"Okay well I guess we'll just see how it sounds right?" He suggests.

"Mhm." I nod. I close the door behind me. I put my bag on the little couch he sat on.

He has us enter the recording room after he picks up the lyrics that he rewrote and added onto.

"Um do you have a copy for me by any chance?" I ask.

"Of course. Here." He hands me a piece of paper with all the lyrics on it.

'This man really typed out all the lyrics for me while he has his written out. I would've been okay if they were written too.'

"Thanks. So when is the producer coming?" I turn to him as I put the lyrics on the little pedestal in front of me. I grab the headphones and put then on.

"You're looking at him." He responds smirking.

"What?" I question.

"I record my own songs so just tell me when you're ready so I can hit record." He turns to the buttons on a smaller control panel compared to the one outside of the recording room.

"Oh okay. I'm ready." I shrug. He presses play and I wait for the music he added to begin. I'm guessing he'll signal for me to begin singing since he's the one who added the beats.

It's exactly what he does. A short while after the music began, he does a count down with his fingers for me to start.

~No POV~

"Every time I close my eyes
Oh, I always see those eyes
So I wanted to forget
All the pain since we first met.. " Kyung-Mi closed her eyes as she began singing.

Once she started singing, Hoseok just couldn't stop staring. Something about her singing a slow song made her look absolutely angelic to him. The music playing was definitely not making any less of an effect either.

"Is this destiny, are we really meant to be... Fall..Falling you..." She opened her eyes and turn to face Hoseok, awaiting him to start his verse. Thankfully he was able to snap out of his little trance before she noticed he was staring.

"Like destiny, we're just falling
You're calling out to me calling
I can't escape your love any more just hold me... " He began.

Kyung-Mi found his singing as soothing as he did to hers. It wasn't common when he sang so it was rather nice when he did.

"And are you living in my heart within me...with all the truth I hid so deep..." He ended the verse.

~Kyung-Mi POV~

The recording session was extremely successful, we were able to finish the recording after a few hours. We said goodbye and called it a night.

I was almost at the elevator when I heard shouting.

"Kyung-Mi!" I turn to see Hoseok shouting as he runs towards me. I panic thinking something is wrong.

"What? What is it? Is everything alright?" I ask.

"Yea. I just..." He pants. Of course he's tired, I had already made it a good distance away from the studio and he sprinted all the way to me. "Just wanted to ask if you'd join me to edit to make sure we both like how it sounds."

"Oh sure. I'd like that. But... You couldn't have just texted me?" I asked seeing how winded he still was.

"That.. " He stands up straight putting a hand on his hip. "...did not come to mind."

I chuckle a little at that.

"I guess technology must be really hard for you to believe." I smile. "I mean I know technology nowadays is amazing but not that unbelievable." I tease.

"Says the one who once couldn't figure out how to use a tornado simulator." He teases back.

Basically when I did my first world tour my manager wanted to do this thing where the camera crew would record me exploring the cities I performed in. A few lucky fans even got photos with me when they saw me in public since my manager thought it would be great fan service to record.

While I was in Chicago for a concert, I went to the Museum of Science and Industry in downtown and it had a tornado simulator that I had no idea how to work.

"Hey that thing was complicated, it kept asking me for the strength I wanted certain things to be." I respond. "Besides, I figured it out eventually."

"Yea, only to have accidentally chosen the most powerful settings. I'm surprised how your hair wasn't as messed up as I expected." He laughs.

~No POV~

She pouts as her response.

'Shit.... That's cute....what do I do??? How do I make it stop?!' Hoseok thought.

"Just teasing. No need to get sensitive." He raises his arms up.

'Nailed it.' He mentally high fived himself.

"Sensitive? That's not being sensitive." She continues to pout even more. She doesn't even realize what she's doing right now since pouting is basically a normal thing for her, she blames Jimin for the pout thing rubbing off on her.

'Shit.'

"Uh anyway that's all I had to say. Cya Kyung-Mi." He waves starting to nervously back up before bumping into a trash can. "That didn't happen."

"Bye." She laughs as she turns to finally press the button to call the elevator.
