(Lauren's POV)

Lauren was sitting on her bed, listening to music, replaying her plan to ask Camila to be her girlfriend in her head on repeat. She tried thinking of what to say for every scenario possible. Her favorite scenario, obviously being the one where Camila says yes. Although that's her favorite scenario, and the least likely to happen, she couldn't find a single word to say.

*Knock Knock

She heard the two knocks before she heard her Aunt open the front door. Lauren couldn't make out exactly what the voices were saying, but she could make out a couple of words.

"Can... over..." she heard the words from one voice, Lauren turned her music off. Still not helping in being able to make out who the voice belonged to.

"Yeah..." another voice said. Lauren, obviously, was able to instantly match the voice with her Aunt. Having listened to her words of wisdom for many years.

"LAUREN" her Aunt called out for her. Does someone have a delivery for me or something? Lauren thought, furrowing her eyebrows with confusion while standing up and heading downstairs. When Lauren turned the corner, she tried to crane her neck to see who was at the door but her Aunt was in the way.

Once she made it down the staircase, Lauren took her regular seat on top of the staircase post. Feet resting on the sides of the post.

"Hey, Laur" Lauren instantly felt her heart skip a beat when her Aunt finally moved, revealing an adorable smiling Camila.

"I'll leave you love birds to it" Lauren's Aunt said, causing Camila to blush and Lauren to glare at her. She drilled holes in the back of her Aunt's head as the lady walked upstairs.

"DON'T ACT LIKE I DON'T KNOW" her Aunt yelled, walking into her bedroom and slamming the door shut. As soon as the door shut, Lauren returned her gaze back to Camila and instantly smiled, jumping off the post. Camila's gaze stayed on the floor while her cheeks sported a bright red shade.

Lauren decided to fluster her even more, walking over and placing a lingering kiss on Camila's cheek. She watched as Camila flashed a huge smile on her face, cheeks growing even redder than before.

(Author's Note: Redder's a word right?)

"Did you want something?" Lauren asked, still slightly confused as to why Camila was at her front door. Although Camila makes Lauren very nervous, Lauren always seems to find all of her confidence when she's around Camila. Camila brings out the best in Lauren, somehow bringing out all of her confidence.

"Oh yeah, I-uh-was wondering if you'd wanna come over or something. My friends really want to meet you" Lauren definitely couldn't say no to Camila's face, at that moment. She had that adorable, hopeful, puppy dog look on her face that only Camila could pull off. Her eyes slightly sparkling, her teeth only slightly showing through her big smile, it's the most adorable thing Lauren had ever seen in her life.

"Of course, I will" Lauren said. Letting out a small laugh when Camila instantly grabbed her wrist and started pulling her across the street. Once they made it to the Cabello household, Camila ran to the front door steps, struggling to hide her excitement.

As she was reaching over to the doorknob, the door flew open. Camila jumped a little but instantly smiled again, seeing her three best friends in the doorway. Lauren politely waited until she was invited to walk through the Cabello's front door.

Wow, Camila actually pulled an attractive person for once.
