(Camila's POV)

It's now after school, Wednesday, December 7. Camila sat in her room trying to figure out ways to tell Lauren about the meeting that they set up on Friday. The 'meeting' being Camila, Dinah, Normani, Ally, Sandra, Marielle, and Lauren are all going out somewhere. They don't have everything planned out, but Camila knows that her friends are going to bombard Lauren with a bunch of stupid questions.

She was actually starting to grow nervous for Lauren. Knowing how bad Sandra and Marielle were with Austin, then they're probably going to ask twice as many questions the second time around.

*Knock Knock

As soon as she heard the knocks, she smiled and directed her attention towards her window. She bit her bottom lip, trying to hide her smile, when she saw Lauren sitting in front of the window with a bouquet of flowers in one hand. She walked over and opened the window and Lauren was quick to give her a peck on the cheek.

"Hey. I got you these flowers. The guy said that they're called plumerias, but they just looked cool so I got them for you" Lauren stated, handing the bouquet of flowers over to Camila. WHY IS SHE SO CUTE?!!?

"My room is starting to fill up with presents from you, Laur. You know you don't have to buy something for every time I see you, right?" Camila asked, blushing as she placed the bouquet of flowers on her desk.

"Well, I know that" Lauren stated with a sweet smile. Camila flashed an adorable smile before gesturing Lauren to come in.

"How was school?" Lauren asked, using one hand to lift her body and jump through Camila's window. As soon as Lauren's feet landed on the floor, Camila leaned over and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Can I ask you a question?" Camila asked, starting to feel herself growing increasingly more nervous about telling Lauren about the hang out.

"Yeah. I mean I already let you ask one" Lauren whispered, smiling while trying to stifle her laughter over her own joke while Camila blushed and playfully rolled her eyes before giving Lauren's shoulder a small shove.

"You know what I mean"

"You have my undivided attention" Lauren stated. Camila grew more relaxed seeing Lauren actually pay attention to what she was saying. Usually with Austin, she would say something and he would reply with something along the lines of "What was that, babe?"

"Well a couple of friends and I were-um-wondering if you wanted to hang out with us on Friday" Camila stuttered, letting out a giggle when Lauren's eyes widened.

"You have a lot of friends, Camz"

"No, no. It's only like..." Camila trailed off, counting the amount of people that are coming to the hang out on her fingers.

"Five other people" Camila stated, letting out another laugh when Lauren's eyes widened even more.

"Come on, Laur. It'll be fun. It's just Dinah, Normani, and Ally and then 2 other people" Lauren relaxed a bit, letting out a sigh of relief.

"Okay then. Yeah, sure. I mean if they want me to come. I don't have to come if they don't want me to. I mean I don't want you to have to-"

"You're so frickin cute when you ramble, Laur" Camila smiled, not being able to hold back her comment.

"Well, you know. Do they want me to be there? Cause I don't want to intrude on anything" Lauren uttered, nervously.

"They just wanna meet you, Laur. It'll be fine" Camila intertwined her and Lauren's hands together, noticing how Lauren seemed to immediately relax at the touch.

"Friday?" Lauren asked, sending a wave of hope through Camila's body at the fact that she might actually agree to the hang out.

"Yeah" Camila said, hope evident in her voice.

"Alright, I'm in" Lauren stated as Camila started clapping her hands together and jumping up and down out of excitement. She got on her tip toes and gave Lauren another kiss on the cheek. As she was opening her mouth to say something else, they heard footsteps echoing from the staircase. Someone knocked on Camila's door before her door started to slowly open. Lauren looked around Camila's bedroom to find a hiding spot and pounced into Camila's walk-in closet, shutting the door behind her. After Lauren closed the closet door, Camila snapped her attention back to the door and saw her mom standing under her doorway.

"Hey, Mija. Sofi made some PB and J's downstairs, if you wanted a snack or something" Sinu stated, still standing under the doorway. Camila stood with her arm resting on her table, trying to look as natural as possible. Fully aware that she most likely didn't look natural at all.

Just as her mom began walking away, she turned back around.

"Oh, and hey Lauren" Sinu waved towards the closet just as a crashing sound came from the closet. Lauren peeked her head out the closet door, covered with a bunch of Camila's clothes. Revealing that a bunch of Camila's clothes fell on top of Lauren's head.

"Hi, Mrs. Cabello. How's your day been?" Lauren asked shyly as Camila and Sinu both tried to stifle their laughter.

"It's been good, Jauregui. I'll skip the part where I ask how the hell you got in my house and go straight to, come downstairs and eat the peanut butter jelly sandwich's with your girlfriend" Sinu said before leaving to go downstairs.

"I'm really sorry, Camz" Lauren apologized half heartedly, starting to clean up the mess she made in Camila's closet. All while Camila fell on the floor in a laughing fit.
