Hello fellow friends!

Or not friends idk tell me what you would like to be referred to as.

In class this term we must write a fantasy narrative- *YAYAYAYAY*

-in 350 – 450 words.

...

What

WHAT

So of course we are writing terribly short stories, the kind that are bland, boring, and not well paced.

(nothing against people who can write short stories well, I wish I had your talent)

So well as I go to a catholic school, and all they said was make it yours, and make it fantasy.

Its going to have gay and death. Lesbians probably.

So my party people, any short story tips, tricks, or ideas?

If it goes well I might post it after and probably tag you if you help.

But yeah, my authorishness is at stake.

So help me.

Anything would help.

so yeah for english its short fantasy story time WHOOOOOOWOOOOOOOO

so one of my teachers put up a thing about writing in POVs and i swear. just. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

so im back from my screaming fit over short stories and leaving out the fun bits.

and i have to write a paragraph with the starter of

"the door swung open"

so of course me being a bored sarcastic little shit, decided to make it very clear i was not enjoying the simplicity

The door suddenly swung open showering light onto spilled blood. Of course, it was not a literal door, just as how I am not a literal killer. Marely a school student with an overly dramatic and vicious imagination. I assume that my teacher's idea by starting our stories off with such an awfully dull sentence as 'the door swung open', was an effort to have creative ideas flow from this "mystery". I honestly am bored, and the story wasn't written yet. Of course, I somewhat doubt he expected me to turn his starter into a murder. I would somewhat like to do that out of creative boredom, but if I'm honest, I don't have the time. I don't go by halves; its all or nothing in these sorry.

but my teacher loved it, called me cheeky, then proceded to read it outloud to a classroom of people i hate. well he tried. at least HE liked it
