No One's POV

"Na fucking Jaemin! What the hell did you do?!" Chenle screeched on the other half of the phone.

Jaemin winced and brought the phone away from his ear. For the past few hours, Jaemin had locked himself in his room. He had cried until he couldn't, all he could feel was bitterness and regret. But right when he had stopped crying, he got a call from an angry Chenle.

"What do you mean?" Jaemin asked as he brought his phone back to his ear, his voice raspy from crying.

"What do I mean?!" Jaemin had to bring his phone away from his ear once again. "Renjun's parents suddenly ask me and Jisung to come over and turns out Renjun just won't stop crying and all he said was that you ended their friendship!"

"Chenle-"

"Seriously, what is wrong with you Jaemin?!" Chenle said and Jaemin could almost see the ash-blonde's face red from anger.

"Chenle, can you calm down, please?" Jaemin asked.

"Calm down? I can't just-!" Chenle was then cut off as Jisung took the phone away from him and told Chenle they should switch, Jisung would talk to Jaemin and Chenle would try to cheer up Renjun. Chenle huffed, but walked to Renjun anyways.

"Hi, Jaemin. It's Jisung." Jisung said, then sighed. "Although I am really angry at you, I'll try not to yell at you because you probably have a reason for all this...right?"

"Yeah..." Jaemin said, the regret building up on him as he realized he really did hurt Renjun, a lot.

"Jaemin, can I just ask...why? Why did you do that? I thought-"

"Jisung, I did it because it hurts being his friend when he can never return my feelings."

"What makes you so sure of that?" Jisung asked, making Jaemin go speechless. "Have you ever thought that maybe Renjun feels the same?"

"Jisung, I-"

"I'm going to let you think about that, but I have to go. Chenle's a miracle, he got Renjun to finally smile and Renjun wants some water, so...bye." Jisung said before hanging up.

Jaemin sighed. He thought about what Jisung said, he thought really hard. Then he realized, he and Renjun weren't the only sad ones. They had a friend who was probably feeling everything but happy.
