Chapter 24: Perfect Jealousy

[JUNE's POV]

"I found a love for me," even just the first line he sang already gives me chills.

Honestly, why is he always performing songs that makes me so emotional? Oo, paborito ko tong kantang to ni Ed. Si Ed pa nga lang kumakanta naluluha na ako eh, bakit pag dating kay Junhui gusto ko nang umiyak? Bakit?

"Darling, you look perfect tonight" after he said that line, binalik niya ang tingin sa piano. Did he just sang it while looking at me o asyumera lang ako?

He continued singing beautifully as he was playing the piano. I can feel the lump forming at my throat at nanlalamig din ang kamay ko sa di ko malamang dahilan. I feel like crying pero pinigilan ko ito.

You look perfect tonight" after those words slipped his mouth, binalik niya na ang tingin sa keys ng piano at tinugtog na ang huling instrumental part ng Perfect.

Tinignan nalang ako ni Seth at saka nginitian. So, gawa-gawa niya kang kunwari? Pfft bahala na.
