When Melody got back she looked extremely nervous, "What the hell happened? How did you end up here?"

"The scanning was off, I was sent to tell you but, I got thrown off course."

Melody nodded, "Well, we figured it out just in time. The clerks were erased from time, means our reward was never put on the table. We're stuck here to fulfil our entire sentence."

She started inputting coordinates to her Vortex Manipulator.

"Where are you heading now?"

"Gotta go visit Mum. Want to come?"

I shook my head, "Wouldn't want to intrude."

"Alright. Suit yourself." And she was gone.

I looked back in my journal entry. I had to talk to the Doctor.

"Guards!" I heard footsteps rush towards me.

"Yes, Ms. Wildes?"

I sighed, "I am not feeling quite well. Can you bring me aome medication?"

"For what?"

I thought for a moment, "In terms you would understand, I am going through a menstrual cycle."

They looked a bit uncomfortable and one of them excused themselves to get medication that would be useful for me.

The other one stayed, it was a female, "It sucks. Sorry."

"Life goes on."

I noticed she was very close to the bars. I went to pick the flower that survived and handrd it to her, "Its called a Nighting Hood. I love how they smell."

The girl nodded and sniffed, "smells-" she yawned, "lovely."

And she fell asleep. The Nighting Hood was known to put people to sleep. It was a gift from Jim the Fish when we went to visit him again.

I looked at her wrist and saw a vortex manipulator and took it. All I had to do was input coordinates, but how would I know where he was?

Maybe, I'll get lucky. I input random numbers and was gone from the cell.

I was in a forest. One from so long ago.

"Mum!" Pandora jumped into my arms.

I almost didn't know what to say, "Sweetie! How are you- are you okay?"

"Course mum. I just wanted to ask if I could go play with Alek."

I smiled, "Of course you can. Just remember-"

"Stay in the trees. Got it mum!"

I watched as she rushed off to play. Pandora was back! How though?

As she rushed off I smiled. They were likely off to play hide-and-sneak. It was Pandora's favorite game.

I looked up in the trees and listened. It was eerily quiet for a jungle world.

That was until I heard the screams.

I saw vines smash the houses, The Watching Eye was attacking. Someone must've left the trees!

The vines destroyed more houses and whispered, "Alex Winds has left the trees. Alek Winds will not be returning." Then it retreated.

I saw Pandora come back to the village smiling. She must not have known. "Oh! My Love, I thought I lost you."

"What happened?"

I shook my head at the blonde, "A boy from the village went into an opening, the Watching Eye didn't like it. They specifically told us not to. Since we didn't listen, they punished us."

"Mom, was it Alek?"

Please dont cry, "I am so sorry sweetheart, they took Alek."

Pandora looked down and hid her face in my shoulder. I looked up to the guests, "Sorry, I'm Ophelia. You are?"

The man smiled and reached out his hand for me, "Captian Jack Harkness."

"Why are you giving me your hand?"

"Excuse him, he isn't used to your culture. I am-" she paused for just a moment, "Tegan."

"But-" The Captain goes to question her before getting elbowed.

"Okay. Well, nice to meet you two. Now isn't the best time however-"

The woman cut me off, "I believe it is the perfect time. Saving people is sort of what we do."

"Are you Doctors?"

Jack held back a laugh, "She is, I'm just here for the ride."

I laugh, "Oh! Perfect! I will take you to the Clan Leaders then."

I held my daughter close. I know this world can't be real. But I am praying it somehow is.

Pandora yawned so I placed her in bed for a nap and decided to fall asleep myself.

The ship crashed. The world burned.

All was lost.

"Pandora!" Her body was slumped over, "Pandora!" I rushed towards her. She had no pulse.

"No. No!" I craddled her body.

I hummed the lulluby I always did when she was going to sleep. Maybe to convince myself that that was all she was doing, sleeping.

Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree,

I woke up and fell to the floor as I cried.

"What's wrong?" 

Tegan was in the hut with Jack, "I fell asleep, had a horrible dream." I looked to pandora, she was still sleeping. "She had died, my planet had burned."

Tegan's face turned sad, "Ophelia, it wasn't a dream."

"No, I refuse. I don't want that life. I don't want to remember."

"Lia-"

I cut her off, "Wait, that name. How did you know to call me that?"

"A friend of mine, long ago. We have met before."

"No- but, that was the other world. Where she-" Died. I don't wanna leave her. Not again

She nodded, "I am sorry." 

Jack bent down to my left, "The only way for you to get out, is to accept reality."

Please. No, "I- I don't want to remember."

"But, what about Melody? She needs you. No matter what part of the timeline you are in, Melody Pond needs you."

"I don't- I can't-" leave Pandora. But I can't leave Melody either. "I can't leave My Melody."

They both hugged me, "Then don't."

When I woke up I was in the Library of the Tardis. The Doctor was there too.

"Lia?"

I wiped the tears from my eyes, "What was that?"

"Physic pollen. I am suprised I didnt see you in the dream."

I shook my head, "I was stuck in my own fantasy."
