What do the words forgivness & trust mean to you? Here are the proper definitions. Forgivness - Disposition or willing to forgive. Trust - Confident expectation of something or someone. You see, forgiveness & trust aren't so different. Like in a situation when you trust someone, then distrust, then forgive them, or maybe never forgive them. They both play a role in our lives in many similiar situations.
In my life, I go through forgiveness & trust all the time. Sometimes it's a difficult process, others not so much. I just went through it actually. I had so much trust for one of my friends that for a second i was gonna consider them a best friend. When I find out that he lied to me & had humiliated me, I lost pretty much all my trust for him. After a while, I chose to forgive him, but I won't ever tell him a secret again.
"The only thing that our hearts are made of, are the acts of forgivness & love". That lyric is in the song Forgiveness & Love by Miley Cyrus. I love that song so much! It really explains how it's always in us to forgive, love, & trust. "The only thing real when push comes to shove, are the acts of forgiveness & love". You see forgiveness, trust, & love all play big parts in our lives & they aren't just in lyrics & sayings.
I think that in certain situations, you can't always forgive them. I know some of you have been through hard things with someone else like break ups, loosing friendship, etc, and you don't have to forgive them, you just forget them. You know what they say, 'Forgive & Forget'.
When certain things happen though, you can't forget or forgive. It's hard I know. My advice to you, is that you take it slow day by day. It's hard to I know, when your body aches & your crying all the time, but theres one thing I've learned from that. I learned that life goes on. You weren't made to sit around & feel sorry for yourself. I truely know it's hard & I do it all the time, but I realize really fast that I have friends that will help me through everything. They will always be there for you no matter what. I've also learned that tears are really sticky when you wake up.
