So I'm one of those people who says 'Yolo' ocassionally but, don't worry I say it for the right reasons. But, I do think that we as teens should have fun! I'm all about parties, danceing, being with friends, etc. I think since we're young, we should enjoy it! Have fun & don't wait! I mean when you get married & have kids, you life has to be all about your significant other & your children. When your young, all you have to worry about is yourself.
Now this chapter name is inspired by the name of the un-heard song by One Directon called 'Live While We're Young' . That doesn't really matter to some of you, but I like to tell you where I get my names from. I'm a HUGE directioner. Like it's crazy & I think One Direction is a good example of what I'm talking about. They live in the moment & have fun!
Now let me tell you about my other side of the story. You, or in some situations just me, can have fun by just reading a book, or writing, or just singing in your room. I mean yeah, that's fun but doing stuff with friends is so much fun to.
If your one of those people who would rather stay home then go to a party, that's great to. If your not a people person, that's great to! For a very, very small time I was not a people person but I definintely am now. People can have fun in many ways, I just think that beiing young is exciting so why not imbrace it?
Now things like smoking, drinking, & doing drugs are NOT something you do when your young. I would recomend not at all. People take the concept of 'YOLO' way wrong. Just because you live once (and some people may disagree) doesn't mean you try to kill yourself. Your just flat out dumb. If you screw up the life that your living, you don't get it back. You just made the dumbest mistake of your life & now your dead or in the hospital or diagnosed with cancer. Way to go.
I'm not trying to sound mean at all, but kids are just stupid!
