Chapter 2~ Adopting😘

Emilys POV
It was the next day now, My alarm went off at 8:30am. I got up and got dressed, once again putting on and listening to Conor Maynard songs as I did my makeup. My social worker then called me downstairs and told me there was someone here to talk to me. I wonder who it could be? But just as that thought popped into my head I turned round to see Joe and Dianne stood there
"Joe and Dianne want to talk to you, so why don't you take them up to your room since it's more private" my social worker said.
So I led them up to my room and we all walked in.
"Oh my god" I almost shouted as I ran to turn off my speaker that was still blasting out Conor Maynard songs in full volume. Joe just stood there laughing.
"Can't beat a bit of Conor Maynard early in the morning can you?" Joe said laughing.
"I love your room Emily" Di said.
"Aww Thankyou" I said.
I moved all my stuff out of the way so we could all sit on the bed properly. Once we were all sat on the bed comfy facing eachother I asked them what they wanted to talk about.
"Well we all had such a good time yesterday so we have been talking and how would you feel about us adopting you? Joe asked.
"Seriously?" I questioned in shock.
"100%" Di said.
"So What do you say?" Joe asked.
"Yes I would love to be adopted by you" I said.
"Yay I'm so happy" Di squealed.
"I am too" I said, I knew that me and Dianne were gonna be very close I just knew it. I loved her already.
"Right you pack up all your stuff whilst we go sign some forms" joe said getting off the bed with a smile on his face.

Once they left my room I started packing up all my stuff listening to Conor Maynard songs as I did so.
After I had finished I ran to Jakes room to tell him I was getting adopted by Joe and Dianne, I hope he would be ok with it.
"Em thats incredible" he said happily.
"I know right I'm so happy" I replied.
"Your really leaving me here all alone" he said in a sad voice.
"You don't really see it like that do you?" I questioned worried that he actually thought that.
"No course not silly! It's your time to leave" he said grabbing hold of my hands.
"Thankyou" I replied.
"Promise to call me everyday" he said.
"I promise" I said.

We then walked downstairs with him holding one of my bags for me. We saw Joe and Dianne stood there waiting for me.
"Ready to go?" Joe asked smiling.
"Yeah one minute" I said starting to shake as I turned to look at Jake.
"I'm gonna miss you" He said.
"I'm gonna miss you more" I said starting to cry.
"You will be fine, I promise, you have a new family" he said.
"But your my family too" I said letting tears stream down my face.
"Of course I am, I always will be, you know I'm always here to talk to" he said wiping away my tears.
"I love you"
"I love you too"
I gave him a massive hug refusing to let go.
"You can see Jake whenever you like, I promise, once you are settled you can send him the address and invite him over" joe said.
"Thankyou so much" I said hugging Joe.
"I'm not gonna take you away from someone who clearly means so much to you" joe said hugging me back.
Once I said bye to everyone we went back to Joes house and he showed me my new room , I really liked it and I was so thankful for everything they had done for me.

1 hour later

Emily's POV
Joe had just told me that all the boys were coming over and their girlfriends. Also James was coming over, Oli's brother. I had watched James in videos for years and not gonna lie I did find him cute but I know nothing would ever happen between that's just ridiculous.

Joes POV
Everyone had just turned up and everyone seemed to Like Emily a lot which is great but her and James seemed like they were getting on really well and really getting to know eachother. Who knows maybe something might happen between them. We were all stood in different parts of the apartment talking when I noticed James and Emliy had gone off and were stood in the corner together talking so I went up to Oli,Evie and Dianne and pointed it out,Dianne thought it was really cute so did Evie. Me and Oli were just stood there talking about if something were to happen between them.
