Chapter 5~ i have never been more happy❤️

Emily's POV
We were walking down to the park, talking and laughing the whole way. When we got there we both went in the massive swing that could fit both of us. We sat talking for ages.
"So How is it living with Joe and Dianne?" He asked me.
"It's great, they are so kind" I told him.
"That's great, So do you still talk to your friends from the care home?" He asked.
"Only one of them,His names Jake. He's always been a brother to me, he understands me, I tell him everything, but recently he's been a Bit off with me. Whenever I ask him to FaceTime he says he can't talk" I said sadly.
"It will be alright maybe he's just a bit upset about you leaving and doesn't want to talk to anyone" he said.
"Yeah I guess so" I said.
"Do you want to go shopping?" He asked.
"Yes of course" I said.
We got up off the swing and started walking towards the streets with all the shops. London was very busy so we had to stay close together. We went into a few shops and bought some stuff. James started running away so I ran after, "bet you can't catch me" he shouted.
So I started chasing him just like a little kid, he manages to run through two streets until I finally caught up with him. We then decided it was time to head home.
We were walking peacefully in silence when I felt his hand touch mine I looked up at him as he started holding hands with me. I have never been more happy.

James POV
I grabbed her hand as she looked up at me and smiled. This just felt right, it was meant to be. We got back to Joes apartment and we sat down on the sofa and put a movie on.
She got up off the sofa.
"Where are you going?" I asked confused.
"I'm getting a blanket" she said laughing.
She came back into the room a minute later and sat down on the sofa right next to me and wrapped the blanket round the two of us. I put my arm round her and she put her head on my shoulder. We spent the rest of the day watching movies cuddled up next to eachother. Eventually she fell asleep so I grabbed the tv remote which was luckily enough next to me and turned off the tv. I tried to pick her up and take her to her room but she told me to stay on the sofa with her so I stayed sat there with her asleep with her head on my shoulder until i eventually fell asleep myself.

Very short chapter but oh wellll
