-Tom's PoV-
There was a pause before there was a shot sounded from Red Leader's side of the battle field. My heart was racing, palms are sweaty, I couldn't believe this was actually happening...
I stood close by Edd until I heard a groan of pain, then a wheezed cough. Oh no.
-Edd's PoV-
I swear I couldn't feel the bullet, but, I know it's there. In my chest. The blood pulsing through my veins start to slow down. My shirt feels wet and soaked in my own blood, and I still was expressionless. My eyes burned from gunpowder.
Is this it?
Is this really the end and of how I would die?
Is this the end of my legacy?
I hear Tom screaming orders to the doctors as they carried me to the infirmary. Then then pain began, I shouted out curses as they tried to pull out the bullet from the blood soaked wound. Once they removed the bullet, my eyes felt dry. Blood filled my lungs. Vision gone to a blur.
Who shot the first shot?
It all wasn't known until the bullet was opened up to reveal a small note in the inside I managed to get a glimpse of:
