That's defiantly really unique... but do cats know what shamans are...? Not to mention Warriorcats takes place in England, while the use of the word shaman is from Aboriginal and Asian culture so that name is super unrealistic and also misspelt... 

Name reason: Shamen is for his great skills in healing. And soul is for how much effort he puts into his work

Good use of suffix 'soul!'

Looks: hes not a very tall cat, hes more short and stubby like his mother, though he does have longer legs then his mother. He has long fur, it has a base color of a almost silver white, then dark tabby stripes of a almost steel grey. He has bright green eyes, almost a yellow green color. His fur is silky but also slightly spikey and his ears are pointed up alomst all of the time. His muzzle is colored whote and he has a pink nose, around his eyes are the same silver white. 

That's a really detailed description, I can picture him near perfectly!

 Personality: hes very stubborn, hes hard working but caring. He knows when to put his foot(paw) down and will not hesitate to put someone in their place, even his own leader. He doesnt care for higher ranks and think all is equal. Though he believes somtimes he's better off alone, he let's other help him when they want to and doesnt start fights often. Though he is independent and stubborn, never willing to back down, some apprentices look up to him because of this. He still has his flaws, he gets worried alot, paranoid and when his worst fear does come true, his world stops and he breaks down.

He sounds like a hardworking cat who's just managing to hold himself together, I love how the 'Soul' part of his name is really seen in his personality!

Abilities: he is a AMAZING healer hes been a healer since he was a small kit, his mother being his mentor.

But.. no other abilities? 

 Strengths: he has great skills with herbs, hes also very good at calming down people down, and also he knows when somthing is over bored and he needs to put his foot down. He's also quite  speedy. 

 Weaknesses: fighting, he cant and he wont. He hates fighting and he has NO skill in it once o ever. He also can't hunt for the life of him. And in very heavy and stressful situations, he tends to start to panic and pace. 

The fact that he refuses to fight and is a pacifist is a really nice trait, it's unique too since most ocs are 'oh I've killed a cat fear me!'

Okay so you'll mention Phoenixsoul as his cousin (somehow cats know what a Phoenix is alongside the reuse of 'soul') butttt hes never mentioned again? Why is he allowed to adopt kits a medicine cat isn't allowed to have any kits, let alone a cat from outside the clan, Shadowclan was very defensive and untrusting of rogues no? Also Axepaw, somehow these cats know what an axe is.
