Given that she's from ten years after the dragonet prophecy and hybrids would be a lot more accepted and plausible due to the Academy this makes a lot of sense! I also like that she's not a RainWing NightWing hybrid since there is WAY too many of those

Occupation: Part time maid for Queen Thorn

At her age? Why isn't she sent to school?

Looks: Long neck, light yellow-brown scales, colour-changing diamond patterns on her neck and wings, forked black tongue, glittering black eyes, prehensile tail and a venomous, scorpion-like tail barb

So she's more sandwing like, that's neat, it's pretty detailed so I'm able to picture her pretty well.

Personality: Smart, determined, stubborn, sweet, helpful, protective and trustworthy 

Basic, I feel like you could of made it more detailed, but I like how she's determined and stubborn since those personality traits compliment each other well.

Powers/Weapons: Rainwing venom, Sandwing tail barb, can breathe fire if it's warm enough

I like that you gave her fire that can only work if she's warm enough, it's a nice flaw and hybrids should have some since they aren't really supposed to have offspring with other tribes thus complications should be common. 

Strengths: Can survive long periods of time without food or water and can survive extreme heat by sleeping it off

SandWing strengths, but does she have any other beyond physical capabilities? 

Weaknesses: Can't survive temperatures below 10 degrees

Makes total sense since both Sandwings and RainWings hail from hot climates! But does she have any other weaknesses besides just physical ones?

Dragonets: N/ABackstory: Eroica grew up in Possibility. When she turned 3, her family moved to Queen Thorn's palace to work as domestic staff. Now she lives happily in the palace working for the queen

I feel like she could have so much more potential and that you really could of explained more of what her life was like in Possibility. Why did her parents go to work for Queen Thorn? What did she think about it? What about her friends? How did she meet them and did she have to leave them when she left?

Creativity and originality: 22/25 she's defiantly creative and pretty original sounding. But her backstory is one thats pretty common. Half RainWing raised in Possibility, other then that her name and mostly everything else is original and creative! 

Detail and effort: 18/25 She appears to have effort and thought behind here, however there's almost no detail. I know nothing about why her family left Possibility to work for Queen Thorn. Why not Queen Glory? How did it effect her? What about her friends? How'd she meet them? Points also lost for not having any others. 

Realism and interest: 21/25 she was a really realistic oc as her being a hybrid expecially with a RainWing makes sense with the Academy bringing together dragons of other tribes together as well as Possibility. I just wish you made her more interesting as she was slightly bland with her limited backstory.
