(Gabrielle's POV)
God, this kid wasn't ever going to give up, was he? Because of him, I was going to have after school detention. Great, just absolutely great. When the bell rang signaling most kids that their school day was over and they could go home, I made my way to room 210, which was right next to the gym, for detention. When I walked in, there was no one else in the room. This detention is unsupervised, because Mr. Tanner, the teacher in charge, always left because usually no one showed up. Until today at least. I could've easily skipped, but with my luck, I'd get caught. I sat at a desk in the back of the room, and plugged my earphones in, and attempted to begin my homework. As "Never Let You Go" played through my earphones, all that ran through my mind was Vinny. Did he really miss me that much? Did he really want everything to go back to normal? Could it ever really be the same with him? No. Gabrielle, stop thinking. He's a self conceited jerk, and doesn't deserve you. He hurt you terribly. You guys being best friends is in the pass, it could never happen again. I sighed, and finally began to write down some of the answers. Suddenly, I saw feet in front of my desk, and when I looked up, my mood went down the drain once again. Standing there was Vinny....
