     𖩩 :"where am I?"

"It's a dream," a voice so vivid that it had felt like the girl was awake, but in fact she wasn't, as the voice informed the girl was dreaming.

"Who's voice is that?—it sounds— so familiar and soft," the girl questioned the familiarity of this feminine voice, her surroundings weren't clear. It was dark as if the room she was in was empty with nothing but a spotlight on her.

The female could only think of two women in her life that the voice could've belonged to, but for reassurance she called out to the voice, "Who are you?" The woman didn't respond, not until the girl began to awaken from her slumber from the sound of another's voice intervening.

"Wake up" the figure that the voice came from began to grow closer into her view but not enough for the girl to recognize their features, the familiar voice continuing to come from the said figure, "Y/n wake up!"

"Why do you sound so familiar? Tell me who you are," the girl walked out of the spot light towards the figure, determined into identifying the person. "Brat wake up!" The girl gasped as if her soul had snapped back into her body, she looked around seeing the familiar colors of her room before catching a glimpse of the figure next to her bed.

She turned to face the said figure seeing that it was her mother, Nemuri. She took a deep breath as she saw her mothers worried yet annoyed expression, "Good , you're awake. Get up and get ready," the woman said before taking her leave, the girl gave a late response in a form of a nod. Before Nemuri had fully went out of sight she stopped at the entrance of the girls room, "Y/n—" she paused, as if she were gathering the right words to utter out, the said girl hummed in response awaiting the words her mother had wanted to say before taking her leave.

But the woman decided on keeping those words in her thoughts, "Never mind, don't take too long," Nemuri finally took her leave and headed down to the dining area meeting their elder at the table, her thoughts never wavering from the sight she had walked in on. Although, it wasn't the first time she had encountered it, she couldn't help but wonder what could cause her daughter such distress in her slumber.
