𝐏𝐎𝐕 𝖺𝗋𝗂𝖺𝗇𝖺 𝗀𝗋𝖺𝗇𝖽𝖾
𖩩 : upon pulling away, the two took a moment to process what just happened. Y/n's wide e/c irises stared into Bakugo's red ones. None of them moved an inch from the position they were in. Their breathing was the only thing the two heard over the sound of their pounding hearts.
"I didn't say that to mess with you or to get a reaction. I didn't even mean to fucking say it out loud in the first place," Bakugo sighed as he finally pulled his body away from the girl, his hands running through his ash blonde spikes with ease. Y/n sat up, remaining silent as she felt that the male had more to say.
"I just—" Bakugo paused as he shifted his gaze elsewhere, his body growing warmer by the second as his palms began to sweat.
He let out a grunt, it slowly growing into a growl as he balled his hand into fists.
"Damn it!" Y/n rose a brow as she got back onto her feet to meet the boy's eyes. His quirk abruptly activated , sending him shooting into the air as Y/n's eyes followed in a confused manner. She let out a chuckle as the explosion ceased mid air.
Bakugo redirected his body to face Y/n from the air as he inhaled, "I LIKE YOU, YOU DAMN NERD!!!" he shouted, his normal scowl painted with a soft blush. Y/n's mouth went agape alongside her classmates as they heard the male's confession.
"You..like—me?" she repeated in a questioning manner to ensure she heard the blonde correctly, even after the kiss they just shared it was shocking to hear it from him through words. Her shocked expression soon shifted into panic as she watched the male lose momentum.
'Holy shit how do I stop him from crashing down onto me' Y/n looked around frantically coming up with ideas to have Bakugo safely land. But soon, a flash of brown hair flew past her.
Her eyes followed the figure as her hand landed onto the ash blonde's shoulder before pushing herself towards the ground, "Release," Ochaco deactivated her quirk as she landed on the other side of the hill. "You're up Hanta!" Ochaco shouted as Sero jumped out of his hiding spot.
A long line of tape shot out from Sero's elbows as the ends stuck onto the back of the floating blonde's tank top, keeping him from floating up. Y/n's current view was of Bakugo's upside down face near hers.
The ash blonde's expression was now filled with anger as he now knew that they were not alone, "What are you extras doing here !" he shouted as he attempted to look back at the two who prevented him from free falling.
The two gave nervous smiles in return as the rest of their classmates stepped out of their hiding spots, "Calm down Bakubro, they did just save you from crashing onto L/n," Kirishima stated as he flashed a smile.
"And with out Kirishima and I, you two wouldn't even have a moment like this right now," Mina said as she sent a smug smirk towards Y/n. Y/n sighed as she turned her attention to the blonde in front of her once more.
Bakugo clenched his jaw as his throat let out a low growl, his attention soon being pulled back towards Y/n. His eyes widened as he felt the girl cup his face, the familiar feeling of warmth returning once more.
Y/n leaned into the upside down male, their lips meeting once more. Mina and Kirishima gave each other an air fist pump as Y/n pulled away from the oddly set up kiss.
Y/n chuckled as she sent a nod towards Ochaco to release her quirk. Bakugo landed head first onto the ground, grunting on impact, he shot the brunette a glare.
Y/n knelt down as she looked at the male beneath her with a soft smile, "We have many moments of disagreements." Bakugo shifted his gaze towards Y/n once more.
"But the moments we spent to actually talk gave me new perspectives of you" her smile widened, "Even if you are short tempered and rough around the edges I somehow managed to fall for you."
Bakugo stared into the girl's eyes, his pounding heart echoing through out his body. This feeling was new to him, his body was tense and warm all over.
"In other words, I like you too idiot." Bakugo sat up from his position and turned to face the girl. He would've never expected the healer to have feelings for him other than annoyance.
The feeling that swirled within them at that very moment was new and euphoric. Y/n took the boy's hands into hers, her thumbs brushing over his knuckles as her wide smile softened.
For the first time, Bakugo was mesmerized. The girl's eyes shone beneath the scattered stars above them, the moon seemingly adding to her beauty. Their classmates looked at one another, silently agreeing without the need of uttering a word that their tasks were completed.
They quietly made their way down the hill as the two were immersed in the silence at the center of the field of dandelions. Bakugo was the first to avert his gaze towards the sparkling city lights.
Y/n's Inforeye revealing the male's accelerated heart rate, a chuckle escaping her lips as she slipped her hands out of his. Her hands cupped the boy's face, slowly turning his head to face her.
His heart beat showed a short curve within the spikes of the rhythmic pattern as his face grew warmer beneath her touch. Unused to the amount of physical contact from the healer. "Look at me," the girl gently said, "And say you'll be mine."
Bakugo's once shocked expression softened. Y/n was constantly surprising him, everything she did and said was new. But it was equally as pleasant. He let out a breathless chuckle as he leaned forward, his forehead now resting on hers.
"Did you get that from a shitty novel or something." His lips curved up into a small smile as he shut his eyes, his ears taking in the sound of the girl's laugh.
