"Hello? 911?"

Emma's just lying on the floor, crying to herself, occasionally screaming aswell.

I can't believe I actually allowed this to happen.
I can't believe after all of this she's just going to die here.
Killian, stop thinking like this.

As I take the call to the emergency services, I keep my hand on Emma's abdomen and I sit looking at her, watching her eyes go fuzzy.

"Hello? This is 911, what services to you require?" The operator has such a calm soothing voice but I can't think of anything else.

"Ambulance, Air Helicopter, Mountain Rescue." I answer back as Emma screams another ear piercing scream once more.

"Right, so I need you to calm down and tell me everything which has happened."

Calm down?!
Who does this bloody person think they are?!

The lady down the box continues talking, asking me questions.
"Where are you?"

I have to take a deep breath down the box before answering.
"I..I don't know."

"Well, sir can you describe the location?"

I think nothing whatsoever and answer quickly.
"I'm somewhere in the enchanted forest, I'm at the bottom of a large hill and there's lots of trees and.... That's it."

"Thank you sir, now what's happened?"

My tears drip down the box as I answer the operators question.

"My girlfriend was running and I find she tripped over a twig or something on the floor and she went rolling down a hill and now she lying on the floor and...."

"Sir, calm down. Keep talking, but slowly this time."

"Her leg is twisted back and she has a large gauge on her head, her abdomen is bleeding a lot and there is a lot of cuts all over her body."

"Has she stopped bleeding?"

I tremble. "N...No I'm applying pressure on her abdomen as we speak."

"That's good. Keep doing that sir, but I also need you to wrap her head up with something. Do you have anything else on you?" The lady asks me yet another question as Emma screams again.

I look around, what do I have?
That's when it hits me.
"I have a t-shirt, is that okay?'
Before the operator answers I take my t-shirt of and get ready to wrap it.

"Yes sir, that'll do, wrap it across her head."

I put the box on loudspeaker and I wrap my t-shirt around her head and tie it in a knot around her head.

"Right sir, the mountain rescue is out looking now and the air ambulance is on it's way."

Finally I think to myself.

" I'm going to stay on the line with you and I need you to tell me if something happens."
