Jonathan looked around before looking back at the sign on the road, he sighed and started walking knowing he had no choice, he knew going into a city was a bad idea but there were no roads leading around the big city. He looked into the city as he walked closer and closer to a bridge leading over the road he was on, he was being very cautious and even pulled his revolver out, he kept going inside the city getting deeper and deeper passing abandoned cars and dead zombie's telling him that people came threw here. That worried him a bit.
He made it to the first building and walked over peeking inside seeing it was dark and abandoned, he was getting an eerie feeling about this place, everything was giving that feeling, the buildings surrounding him, the quietness, and the feel of this place as the sun rose up. He kept walking, entering the city more and more with each step. Soon he got to a side walk and looked around still feeling that loneliness hoping that he wouldn't be alone, maybe find someone in this city. He stopped hearing gun shots close by and ran into a store with broken glass everywhere, he crouched in a corner and stayed quiet as the shot's died. He then herd running ''No, I can't.'' a voice said on the other side of the wall ''Craig we need to keep going.'' another voice said ''Tyler carry him.'' someone else said. Jon perked up hearing that name, he remembered his friends voices and got up peeking outside seeing two people turn a nearby corner.
He got out and ran after them, he slowed looking around seeing the same group enter an alleyway ''Hey!'' he yelled and ran after them, he looked back down the street seeing zombie's running his way, he got to the ally and turned dropping his gun as he stared down the barrel of a gun ''Jonathan?'' Jon smiled seeing Luke behind the person with a gun ''Oh my god!'' he yelled and ran to him hugging him, he was off the ground, Tyler peeked round the corner and turned picking up Craig who seemed wounded ''We need to move.'' he said and ran down the ally, Luke set Jon down and grabbed his hand pulling him behind the others.
Jon looked at the group seeing Evan and Brock, Brian, Craig, Lui, all his friends were here, Evan was the first on down the ally, he got to a door and tried opening it but it wouldn't budge, he then stepped back and kicked the door in, he aimed his gun around before going in holding the door for the others. Once they were all inside he shut the door and leaned against it before sliding down the door. They were all panting and out of breath. They sat down all catching their breath.
Luke turned to Jonathan who was sitting next to him ''How the hell are you in this city?'' Jon smiled sitting up ''I was following the road and I ended up here.'' Luke looked down at Jon's arm and grabbed it seeing blood ''Are you bleeding.'' Jon unwrapped his arm and looked at his bite ''I was.'' he said and looked at Luke ''What the hell happened?'' he asked fear in his eye's ''Wolf, it's no human I swear.'' the other's looked over at him chuckling ''What?'' he asked looking around ''Hi.'' Craig said and Jon smiled looking down as he wrapped his arm back up ''Hi.'' Tyler moved closer taking a good look at Jon's face ''Was that scar from your adventure too?'' he asked pointing to a scar over Jon's left eye ''No.'' he said, Evan looked over to them smiling.
''You are nothing like I thought you would be.'' Lui said cheering up a little bit, Jon nodded ''Get that a lot.'' he sadi and looked down, he stopped and looked around ''Where's David?'' Lui's smile fell off and they all fell silent ''He didn't make it.'' Luke mumbled, Jon herd and looked over at Lui, knowing about them. He got up and walked over to him sitting next to him ''I'm sorry.'' Lui nodded ''It's fine.'' he said chocked up and looked away. Jonathan hugged him, Lui shut his eye's and leaned into Jon. Craig leaned his head on Tyler's shoulder looking at the ground. They were all quiet while they listened to the horde pass by outside.
