Monika woke up when her alarm ranged aloud. When she clicked on the mobile screen to stop the alarm Utkarsh message popped up in the notifications.

 'Good morning '

 And last night events rushed back into her mind. How she became so emotional yesterday and asked him to wait for her instead of saying direct no. 

Ugh what the fuck Monika! What have you done! He is not worth it. Don't get trapped again. 

Alarming herself she ignored his message, not replying to him. On the other side Utkarsh was waiting for her reply and then he would ask her for another date. But Monika chose to ignore again when he wished her good afternoon.

Like that her message box filled with Utkarsh's good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good night for the next few days. 

Utkarsh understood her as she didn't want to trust him again. He was biding his time to show his sincerity towards her as he didn't want to rush and was also a little bit relaxed, at least they were not fighting with each other. Hope is there. 

When Utkarsh's messages didn't work he thought to send flowers to her. Typical tricks to woo a girl.

Monika did like those beautiful flowers and messaged him thank you also after two weeks. 

Utkarsh was not hoping to receive the thank you message from her so he checked her message twice and replied by sending happy emojis to her. 

Ah! Monika tell me what to do? 

Upon seeing his message Monika laughed. She thought if she should take the revenge from him by making his hopes go high and then she will shatter everything for him. 

" Monika don't be stupid to consider Utkarsh proposal " Avantika warned her daughter getting irritated with all those flowers in her house. 

" don't worry mom" 

"I have all the right to be worried about your future. Kamal is a better option for you. Don't forget about his favours during your downfall. He was the only one... " Avantika lectured her again to say yes to Kamal khan proposal. 

But Monika was confused. She doesn't even know if she wants to marry again or not. Marriage was a sore topic for her. 

So when Utkarsh proposed to her again Monika rejected him at once. Didn't want to repeat that same mistake again. 

"Look Monika if you want me to wait for you for the rest of my life I will gladly do that " 

" Then do it " she snapped at him angrily. Then started crying couldn't help herself. She doesn't want him, definitely not. After reasoning with herself she calmed down. 

But oh her mood was difficult one to handle because of getting pressured from Avantika's side to say yes to Kamal khan. No doubt he is the best man but Monika didn't want to ruin his rest of life by tying him into a loveless relationship. Monika's life was a mess and she knew it.

In the night when Monika reached her home after shooting she found Kamal Khan was waiting for her at the dinner. 

"Oh Monika, look who I invited today at the dinner, " Avantika told her, arranging the plates on the table. 

Monika smiled at Kamal sweetly and sat down taking a seat opposite to him. It was always a pleasant feeling accompanied in Kamal's company but today she felt embarrassed when her mother kept nudging them about the marriage topic. At one point Avantika made it sound like Monika said yes for the marriage already.
