It aches like it has been cut by a sword.

Pain in your blood

When it aches, the pain goes straight to the eyes
Tears starts dropping
Painful hot tears from blood like eyes
Aching heart
You'd think that there are fresh wounds bleeding inside.
Actually you can feel them wounds
Heart pumping pain in veins
It's a different type of pain when the heart aches.
Inexplicable feelings, painful thoughts.
Understood by the owner of the heart
