Wherever destiny lies

An effortless life,

Oh what a dream,

Living without worries,

Everything would be as it seems,

But life doesn't work that way

It twists and turns,

Allowing you just a taste of freedom,

Before the sadness returns.

This life we are given

Is a chance,

To make decisions,

Right or wrong,

I am but a fraction, .00000001% of the human population,

A mere pixel on the computer screen of life,

Not noticeable by many,

But without me, incomplete is all it will be.

I'm young, and I'm dumb

Mistakes are my specialty,

From that, I learn.

The more I make, the wiser I become.

I say things I don't mean to,

I trust to easily,

I make people hate me,

Although I don't know why

"Life is to short"

Nothing could be truer,

So as a personal challenge,

One I shall defeat,

For once,

I'll forget the people pleasing need i feel,

And just be me,

Because it's the best I can do

I'll let life itself Lead me,

And may I end up, at the end of the ride,

To my destiny,

Wherever it may be.
