() AN: ok so I received a great idea from one of my friends about the story.. I'm going to do a chapter or two in Cody's pov. I'm so excited for this one.. Oh and thanks for being patient with my constant procrastination for this chapter()
I felt bad; I really did. I didn't mean to hurt Alaina like I did. My brain just went blank after she asked me those questions. It took me a while to even get words out of my mouth. I was just too stunned she would ask those questions.
I stand in front of my bathroom mirror looking at myself while muttering the word idiot over and over again. I would never, ever hurt Alaina. For once in my life, I found someone who might be part of my future one day. But I could say this; I've came a long way from what I used to be.
I used to be a bad boy. I had it all, the attitude, the look, and the reputation. I would never go to school, I got into stuff, bad stuff at that, and I was a heartbreaker. Of course, that was before I met my, I guess you could say lifesaver, Patrick. He helped me get my life straight and for that I'm very grateful.
I've now got a good job, good friends, and an amazing girl by my side. Well, hopefully she's still by my side. I know that it might take some work just to even talk to her again, but she's worth it.
I took off my black pull over shirt and walked to my bedroom. I threw my shirt on the ground and sat on my bed for a while pondering over what to do next. I ran my hands through my hair, for what reason I have no idea. I stood up to put another shirt on.
"I've got to see her again," I whispered to myself before crawling in the bed.
