"I've told you a million times Aunt Matilda," I complained.
"Yes, I know, but humor me. Were does he work? How old is he?"
I sighed, " He's my age, 17. He's a waiter at a little resteraunt a couple blocks down."
"Do you know his intentions? Are they physical ones?" she asked.
"No, his intentions are harmless."
"Alaina, I just want you to be careful. boys these days say things to please you. Then after they trust them enough, girls give them what they want. And usually, those boys won't contact them ever again," she said.
" I know, I know. I have to be careful," I said.
"It's not just being careful Alaina, it's-"
"I get it Aunt Matilda! Ok?!" I snapped.
Aunt Matilda pursed her lips and remained silent for the rest of the car ride.
