Gerard's P.OV.

I slowly woke up to the sound of my alarm. Groaning, I tried grabbing my phone a few feet away. I couldn't reach it, as something was on top of me. I looked over and saw Frank's head on my chest. I smiled at how he was sleeping, slightly snoring. I then realized I was still holding his hand. I hope he didn't feel weird about it. I think I was starting to like him a little bit. I mean, I'm not gonna pretend don't! And he seemed a little scared last night and I wanted to comfort him.

"Frankie" I whispered, gently shaking him awake. He was still snoring. "Frankieeee" I said again, still shaking him. He finally shifted, but was still laying down. "It's time to get up." I said to him. Groaning, he slowly sat up. "What time is it?" He said in the sexiest sleepy voice ever. "It's 6 am right now." I said. His eyes widened. "Oh my god, I was supposed to be home by 10 last night!" He was right. I had forgotten. "I really hope your mom doesn't mind." I said. "She probably won't. She probably didn't even noticed I didn't come home." He said, looking down. "Why do you say that? Your mom seems very nice." I asked. "I'll explain later. We should start getting ready for school." He said. "Yeah." I said as I started to get up. "Oh, Gerard, can I ask you something?" He asked. "You just did." We both giggled. "But, sure, what is it?" I asked. "All of my clothes are over at my house. Do you mind if I borrow any of yours?" He asked. "Of course you can. Just get whatever you like." I said. After that, I guided him upstairs to my room so he could change his clothes. I then showed him where the bathroom and stuff was so he could get ready.

After that, I went back downstairs to freshen up in the bathroom in the basement. Now that I think about it, my basement isn't really a basement. It's more a crappy little guest bedroom with a couch. I scanned the room and had just realized Bob and Ray had left. Why hadn't they just spent the night instead of waking up at whatever time and leaving? We could've all walked together, Frank, Ray, Bob, and I. Eh, oh well. Guess that just leaves me and Frankie. Oh, and Mikes.

The school isn't too far from where I live. Just about 15 or 20 minutes if you walk at a normal pace. There are a bunch of idiots who drive 40 miles per hour in the neighborhood, though, which makes it kind of hard to cross the streets and stuff.

After about an hour or so, Frankie and I were done getting ready. Since we had a little extra time, we would have enough time to have some coffee or something before school. "So, Frank, there's a Starbucks like right next to the school. And we have some time before we have to get to school, and I was wondering if you wanted to grab something from there?" I asked. "Sure, I love Starbucks." He replied. That's it, he's mine.

Along the way to Starbucks, I was in deep thought of something. I don't really remember what it was, but you know that feeling when you're just not paying attention to anything? That was how I was. I had heard Frankie mumble something. "Did you say something?" I asked. "Yeah, do you know where I can get my schedule?" He asked. "Oh, yeah. You can get it in the front office. I'll come with you, if you want." I offered. "Yes, please. And if you can, can you walk me to class, so I know where everything is?" He asked, looking up to me with pleading eyes. "Well, how could I say no to that face?" I smiled at him. "Thanks" he said, looking down and blushing.

We walked through the door into Starbucks. I began scanning the menu to see what I wanted. I didn't really want anything to eat, I just wanted some coffee. Once I had decided what I wanted, I asked Frankie "So what would you like? It's on me." "Oh you don't have to, I have some cash on me." He said. "No, it's okay. My treat." I insisted. "Ugh, fine, but I'm paying you back later. I would like a pumpkin spice latte, please." I told him.

After we both ordered our drinks, Frank and I had decided to sit on one of the couches that was next to a window. We sat in silence for a few minutes. But it was a comforting silence. Either that or Frank's presence just made everything better.

The baristas then called our order and we sat back down. Trying to start a conversation, I asked "So, how are you feeling about today?" "Well.." He began, pushing his hair back. "I just hope I have some classes with you." He smiled that adorable smile of his. "Me too." I said, returning the smile. "Also, if you don't mind, why don't think your mom notices you?" I asked. Sighing, he said, "Well, it's a long story, but we have time and I guess you should know. My parents are divorced and my mom kinda, sort of grew depressed. She doesn't really pay much attention to anything now a days." He looked down a little bit. "I'm not that close to her, though. Sometimes I wish I was so she wouldn't feel so alone. But I like being alone most of the time." He continued. "Oh." Was all I could say. "I'm sorry." I added. "No need to apologize." He said. I then took a look at the time on my phone. "Woah, I really need to keep track of time. We need to get going." I said, getting up and throwing away our empty cups.
