Lies between my tears

Wish

It's been a week and still kong is not yet regaining his consciousness, i stayed with him day and nights, his family visits him too but they leave me to take good care of him since they need to visit their aunt.

He hasn't move at all, but everytime i srsred st him and talk with him tears are always on his eyes

I held his hands and hold it tight

" Singto, wake up" i said as i slowly pressed his hands

" you've been sleeping for a week.We need to catch up, we lost so many years already, i missed you a lot" i said and wiped my tears

" any improvement on his condition?" I was startled when Rome entered the room and speaked

I shook my head in response

"Its been a week right?" He added as he help himself to sit beside me

I immediately wiped the remanining tears in my eyes

" kong na," he then continued talking and hold kong's arm

" kong wake up, its already one week and still you are sleeping, you already enjoyed dreaming aren't you?" He said and chuckled

" i am sure being tucked in the bed is not the best thing you know to do. All your freinds and family are waiting for you to get out of the bed and say " i am back in action"" he added and pressed his arms

" here i brought the script, i already revised it, the way you wanted" rome said as he showede the script of our play

" you better,wake upor else i will steal your role here" he added while smirking,

We stayed in silence for a minute when i suddenly asked him

" where's Pick?"

" He went to the convenience store to buy foods, i know you haven't eat anything since this morning" he concernedly said

Well in fact since last night im not yet eating, im kinda lost my appetite.

" Thank you na" i mouted him

The clocked moved to 12 noon and exactly Pick come with bunch of foods to eat, we helped ourselves to eat and continued telling stories about school activities since i already skipped  a lot of points.

" uhhmm. Mung  how's kong now" Pick suddenly speaked

I gulped my orange juice before speaking

" there still no sign of waking up" i said and we all looked at kongs body

We all released a heavy sigh

" nong, how is it?" P'mae suddenly entered the room

We waiid her

" its fine P' but still he hasnt move" i politely said

" okay, nong you can go home now, ill take care of him for this day, i know you are tired" she said continuously as  placed the foods she brought to the table

"Its fine P' i can take care of him" i said

She then moved towards our direction and sat on our side

" arthit, i know you missed him, i know you want to talk to him now, i can feel it, i also know how happy singto now, especially after how many years you lost each other i know both of you need to catch up right?" She said and smiled

She hold my hands and looked straight to my eyes

" But do you think he is happy right now,seeing you like this?"

"Like what P'"

"Not taking care of yourself, you havent took a rest for a week and not eating foods" she continued as she stared to kong

" Kong is fighting for us, and for the both of you" she smiled

" now nong just get some rest and i'll send you a line message if something happens okay" she pressed my hands

" okay P'"

We went outside the hospital but before we went home i asked Rome and Pick to join me in the temple i need to pray for the fast recovery of kong

I kneeled down and my tears began to crawl down

I know i've done so much things to hurt him, i left him behind without saying any words, i teased him often times just to make my day complete, but please just this one i promise not to hurt hik again,please let him wake up. I promise to take care of him and love him.

After praying we went home

I laid my tired body into my bed, just a few seconds i fall asleep instantly

"arthit, I'm back i missed you" singto hugged me and smiled at me

" i miss you too" i hugged him back

" please don't leave me again, and please weait for me" he whispered to my ears

" i promise" i faced him wipde the tears on his eyes

" i promise not to make you cry agaim, i promie to be with your side all the time" then i kissed his forehead

" but now please come back, we are all waiting for you"

He smiled and vanished

I woked up puzzled

What does that mean again?

I glanced to my wall clock and it's 3a.m already, i tried to sleep but my eyes and mind wont  let me.

I decided to sit in my veranda and drink a beer

Im really glad that after how many years of longing i finally found my love my friend.

I stared at the sky

Please bring back singto, we still need to catch up.

I bitterly smiled

I remembered the days when we play in the park, he's very clumsy and always fall down from his bike, he always cry whenever he scratch his skin. The time when we played in the swing and he cant move his swing so i decided to push it for him. His smile then was so bright and  inosent, those were the times that we still doesnt care about whats happening to the world, just us is enough.

Until i never showed infront of him. I didnt even say a goodbye to him. I left him alone. But now im back. Im back for him im back for us. Im ready to take good care of him. Im ready to fulfill the promises that we had way back then.

I stood up and  raised my pinky to promised to take good care of singto whatever happens to me or him ill stay on his side.

Ill bring back the smile on his face again.

There are three things that i should not break now  promises,trust and singto's heart i promise to take good care of it.
