Pregnant?

One month later
Kate's POV

I woke up around 10 am, it was Saturday,the sun blaring through the half closed blinds, I stretched and looked at my phone, Leo had texted me.

Leo - Taken the kids to their sports, back at lunch time Love you 😘❤️
Kate - Thank you Babe, see you later love you ❤️❤️

I set down my phone on my bed and got up, I felt quite weird the last week or two, moody and occasionally feeling unwell, so I decided to do what I hadn't done since me and Ned slept together.

I sorted through drawers in my bathroom, rummaging through endless amounts of skin care and medication. "Found it" I said to myself as I grabbed the correct package.

With shaky hands I flipped over the box and read the instructions, I pulled the pregnancy test out of the box and followed the instructions.

I sat on the bathroom floor, what if I am pregnant? What if Leo doesn't want it? Thoughts rushed through my mind as I waited the three minutes.

Once three minutes was up I took a deep breath, the moment of truth, I opened my eyes.

Nothing.

I strained my eyes, sometimes the lines didn't show up very clear.

Still nothing.

Quickly I searched through my drawer once more, I would take another test just in case the first one wasn't working. This time I wasn't expecting a result.

"Oh my god" I gasped as I read the test, two faint blue lines, I checked the box "Positive" I clutched the test to my chest and sobbed tears of joy. Leo was going to be a father.

I couldn't believe it, to think that this child was created with the love of my life, made me full of joy. I needed to find a way to surprise Leo, but How?

Lol I had no inspiration so thought "hey let's be cliché and have a Kleo pregnancy literally right at the start"

I gotta admit I'm excited to write the next few chapters.
