Kate's POV
We got to go home today after two days recovering in hospital, I was to take it easy for the next few weeks. I usually hated sitting around but I didn't mind now as it gave me an excuse to drool over babies for hours!
Feeding three babies was hard to adjust to. Having to schedule their feeds to feed all three equally.
Generally they were sleeping quite well, waking every two hours or so for milk. To make this easier we filled up bottles with my breast milk that could be heated and used.
A cry woke us up, I rolled over to my clock, it was three Am, which meant third feed of the night. As I sat up I yawned, I was exhausted. "Stay there Kate, I'll get them". Offered Leo as he jumped out of bed.
Leo's POV
I knew Kate was drained, this was hard work. I made my way down to the kitchen and heated up Kate's milk that was in each of their bottles and made my way back upstairs.
"Come here little man" I said as I lifted crying Noah out of his cot and brought him over to our bed. "Someone's hungry" I said as I sat on the bed, he had immediately quietened down and latched onto the bottle.
Kate came up beside me with Isla and Lilly in her arms both feeding from their bottles aswell. "You're a natural Leo" she smiled to me, I smiled back, feeling happy.
"Someone needs to be changed" Kate said sniffing Isla a few minutes later, "you're beginning to smell a bit like your daddy" she giggled holding Isla up and burping her.
"Ouch" I joked pretending to be offended. "Hopefully I'm not too smelly to get a kiss" I said, "never" laughed Kate as she kissed me on the lips.
When she went to lift Lilly up to burp her she threw her milk up all over Kate. I laughed looking at Kates shoulder which was now dripping milk.
"Karma's a bitch Katie" I laughed looking at her slightly shocked face. "look how silly mummy looks" I giggled to Noah who didn't care, too busy sucking his bottle.
"Now who's smelly" I laughed and gave her a kiss as she stood up to get her and Lilly cleaned up.
