You didn't know what was going on, you didn't know why you felt so entranced by that red pedestal, and you didn't why you were suddenly falling through the sky screaming a million curse words.
Or at least, you wish you could.
You were so scared you couldn't even scream, the sounds just wouldn't come out of your mouth.
This was one of the times you wished your heroes could come and save you.
Luffy could stretch his arm with the gum-gum fruit, Ichigo could probably get to you somehow since he can do everything, Midoriya could preform one of those extremely high jumps that aren't even possible in real life, Uraraka could float her body up to you.
Unfortunately, this is real life and you were about to die.
You tried to open your eyes, managing to gain a peak of the ground far below you with a small pond before your eyes were snapped shut all over again from wind pressure.
You were in agony from the hurtling gravitational pull lashed you in the face with stinging winds, but there was nothing you could do.
You were so terrified you were paralyzed.
Then you fainted.
...Until you hit water with enough force to have killed you.
But it didn't, somehow.
Your bones were screaming in pain, and you couldn't find the strength to move.
So you drifted down into the water, only partially conscious.
It took you a while to realize that a human being needed to breathe to live. Your lungs cried desperately to you for air, and as you were only partially conscious you forgot you were underwater as you opened your mouth to take a gulp of air.
Only to fill your mouth with water.
You started choking, desperate for air. But your body wouldn't move however much you needed it to. You felt something strong grab you and pull you up. Someone had come to rescue you! As you broke free of the water you started gasping for air, before breaking into raspy coughs. Your lungs still screamed in pain, despite having the air required. You were so exhausted...
As you felt yourself being pulled to shore, you finally felt yourself starting to feel less pain in your lungs. Your body however, was the problem. You felt so small...helpless...weak. You felt drenched, and you felt as though somebody had chucked a fur coat all around your body, except it was drench and not as warm.
Exhaustion encased you as you felt yourself being dragged on sweet, sweet land.
"Hey, are you okay?"
You heard a male voice, probably a child's. What a strong kid to have pulled you ashore.
You couldn't open your eyes from exhaustion, but tried to speak only for it to turn into a raspy cough. Whoever was speaking to you waited patiently for you to compose yourself enough to speak, which you greatly appreciated as you'd rather not him nag you.
"..Not really." You croaked at last, feeling like absolute crud. It hurt to speak.
"Can you open your eyes? If not I'll have to take you to Rafiki."
