Prologue/Introduction

My name is Aurora Blake, my father is Elijah Mikaelson. I have been looking for my father since I became a vampire over a thousand years ago. My search brought me here to Mystic Falls. I don’t know what I will find here but I do know that I won’t stop until I know the truth about who I am and where I come from.

Aurora Blake is beautiful, she also has Original blood flowing through her veins. Elijah is her biological father, he and her mother conceived her while he was still human. Elijah had no idea of her existence because shortly after her birth he was turned and he vanished, leaving Auroras mother on her own. Unfortunately her mother was killed by infuriated vampire hunters who were searching for her father’s family. Aurora was taken in by a witch close to her mother who raised her as her own and taught her everything about who she was, where she came from, her family and the vampires. Since she was of age she devoted her life to finding her father and made the decision to become a vampire until she would find him. And that is where the story begins…

Aurora arrives in Mystic Falls, it was the last place she has heard of her father’s whereabouts. She scopes the small town and quickly compels a place to live while she searches and investigates the town. She easily can pick out the vampires and finds out there are quite a few in this town which leads her to believe she has found a good place, Aurora has never felt like she’s had a home or a sense of belonging but shakes the fact and focuses on finding her father.

She enters the grill and it’s the first time her and Matt see each other. The slighty elonged eye contact and a soft brush of there hands quickly turns into a mutual friendship and even quickly blossoms into a undenying romance but keep in mind that they both have issues. Matt is the only human left  out of his group of friends in town and he kind of likes it that way and does not like getting involved with the drama they bring, also Matt feels very alone and it is good and bad when it comes to Aurora because she can fill the void but she will always be a vampire. How will their story end?
