Prologue: Jonas

Part 3: Jonas's Story

It was just a normal day for us. A day at home. Nothing special.

We were just getting ready to watch a movie in our living room. I had excuse myself to go to the bathroom.

That's when it happened. I had just gotten done, standing in front of the mirror...

I watched the mirror disappeared before my eyes... I missed seeing my blond hair and pale blue eyes.

I ran out of the bathroom, trying to see if my family noticed... but their eyes... something I would never forget... were blank. They weren't moving. As if, they were frozen in time.

The darkness soon came over the whole entire home.  I looked panic and started to open the door.

That's when I watched in horror as the blue skies disappearing into nothingness. Only a dark color that I never seen before in a sky. Not even the midnight blue of a nighttime sky.

There was no clouds, no stars, no sun, no moon.

I closed the door of my home as I backed inside of it.

I ignored the frozen expressions of my family for it had freaked me out.

I walked to my room and just sat on the bed. Not sure what to do...

When I looked out of my window, I saw a silver light. Something that was not there before.

I just stayed there, hoping this nightmare would go away.
