Karoline's POV
It was 4:30 and Ty was still at my place and i had to go to Jay's house for chemistry project so I had asked her to help me pick an outfit.

"Is this ok? I mean you know its quite chilly out there so thought something warm would do."she said as she showed me the white t-shirt and grey sweatpants and i couldn't be more grateful on her choice not only because it was cold but it was baggy too and I really didn't want to wear tights which might make him get the wrong idea.
"it's perfect. lemme go change into that." I quickly changed and just left my hair open."Hey! Do you mind giving me a ride till there please?"i asked to which she replied by rushing out of the house. She is so kiddish at times.

She turned the volume down as we neared our destination. It was a pretty house, well at least from outside. I opened the car door and bid goodbye and thanked her for driving me here. Then there I was standing in front of the gate. I don't know why but I had these gut feeling telling me that I should just go back. Anyways, after many arguments with my brains, I finally knocked. within sometime a lady opened the door.
She looked like she's in her early forties with formal clothes as she might be going some where. "Yes, how may I help you?" she asked "I am Jay's--" before i could finish she pulled me into a hug and gently kissed both my cheeks. To say I was surprised would be an understatement because out of everything, i really didn't expect that. "Oh my god, you are Jay's girlfriend, I am so happy to meet you but he never told me that you will be joining us." she rambled without letting open my mouth even once.
"Oh! How rude of me. I am Jay's mother and please do come in." she said "umm, it's nice to meet you Mrs. but i am --" Again she cut me off by saying "You can leave the formalities just call me Anna and Jay's inside. Come on let's go." She says. "Umm, Mrs.- I mean Anna I am not -"I try to say but again she beats me up to it. "I never knew he was also inviting you and am so sorry because I have to go- Oh! Jayden. Looks whose here. Your girlfriend. Wait why didn't you temme that she was going to come today and she is so preety --" this time both Jay and I cut her by kind of shouting
"I AM NOT HIS GIRLFRIEND"

Jay and I said at the same time. I noticed how his cheeks slightly got red and awh he looked really cute but what horrified was that everyone was there and by everyone i mean the whole bloody gang and each face held amusement.
"I was trying to tell you that from so long but.." i said facing Anna "she never gave you a chance, I assume." Jay quickly added and i nodded. "I am sorry. Who are you anyways?" Anna replied. "I am Karoline, his chemistry partner. In fact I came here to work on the project but he seems busy so I will just leave." I replied. "Oh! I am really sorry about earlier and no you are not going anywhere, he really needs to study and i know his friends wouldn't mind sparing him for a while. Am I right?" she said
"Noo, it's alright."
"We are okay with her being here and actually she could even help us in maths a bit, that's if she doesn't mind." I quickly looked at the owner of the voice and it was none other than Maxwell. He had a genuine smile on his lips. "O k then its settled, you help these guys out and make yourself at home. I have to go outside so I will leave -" her husband came "Hi" "whose that Anna?" he whispered "She's Karoline, here to help the guys out with the studies."
"Oh! finally a new girl in the group. Well, Karoline my wife and I are needed somewhere else so see you around bye!" he said "Goodbye sir" i quickly replied and soon he left with Anna beside him not before listening to Anna say "Bye boys and karoline. Be good Jay!" I watched them leave."
Sighing I looked back at the guys who looked back with a weird look but Blake just stared at me with amusement written all over his face. Everyone was there except 2-3 guys. Ok i had enough with the looks so i just had to say "Did I just grow another head?!" i heard a few chuckles and i looked at my feet not knowing what to do.
"I am sorry, I forgot you were gonna come but anyways come here, let me introduce you to them." jay said and i went further in and ended up right between him and Blake. He introduced me to each and everyone.
Maxwell greeted me with a smile, then Aiden with a hand shake, then Alex with a smile, Jax with a nod and the twins of course greeted me with huge grins. its hard to know the difference but one was Jason and another one was Mason. Jason had glasses. Then Jay went ahead to introduce me to Blake but I just said "Can we get started?"
"You can't ignore me all the time, love" Blake whispered in my ear, he was so close that I could feel his breath near my ear. I quickly snapped my head to his direction and HOLY FUCK! we were only inches apart from KISSING. God!!! He had a smirk on his face and i wanted to wipe it off so bad.
"Watch me do it." I said and his smirk fell to which I smirked. I heard coughing and noticed every pair of eye was on us and the fake coughing was by Jay.
