(17) The storm

Karoline's POV

As we got back in, everyone settled on the couches and switched on the TV. Jax had the remote and the first thing that popped was the news and Mason of course just shouted to change it. But something caught my attention "Let it be for a while." I said "Nope, change" Mason added.

"God! You can't see that they are talking about the possibility of a storm arising in New York."

"Who cares!" Mason said as he snatched the remote from Jax to flip the channel. "Well, I do" I said as I took it from him.

"Stop behaving like kids!" Blake said 'At least let's get to know what might happen" Maxwell added to which everyone replied with a nod and I looked back at Mason with a victory smirk and he just rolled his eyes.

After a while

"Gosh, this means that i am stuck with these bored idiots for more than two days!! You've got to be kidding me." I said more like shouted at the screen. Well, it was sure that the storm has began and might last more than two days. Mason and Jay shouted "We are so not boring!" and Maxwell and Blake looked at me with amusement.

I stood up and was about to turn when someone walked right into me and cold, sticky liquid was all over my t-shirt. "I am so sorry, I didn't see you." I didn't look up as I knew it was Jason's voice "You better be." I was wiping the orange juice off because my t-shirt was literally transparent as it was white but now light orange. I looked up to glare at him but his eyes were glued to my chest.. Ahhh! He quickly looked right in my eye and i noticed that his cheeks turned pink.

I turned to others who were also stunned and each one of them had their eyes on my chest except Jax, he was looking at Jason weirdly. One good thing was blake wasn't around otherwise he surely would have made some stupid comment. Typical boys. "Will you all stop doing that." I said "Don't blame us, we are guys, we have hormones too!"Mason said and I rolled my eyes.

"Come on I will give you some of my clothes to wear." Jay said as he cleared his throat. He led the way and I followed him like a lost puppy. He led me to his room and then opened his wardrobe " You can wear anything you prefer" I looked at his clothes, they were all manly.

He's a guy of course his clothes wouldn't involve bikinis. my subconscious said

I picked a hoodie and sweatpants and I showed him as to confirm if its okay for me to wear to which he replied with a nod. He sat on the bed and said "Hey. Umm.. You know am sorry I mean I literally forgot that you were gonna come. I swear if I'd known I wouldn't have called these guys. I mean I know you and Blake don't get along that well. If I hadn't called you it would be better. I mean you wouldn't be stuck with us here as I am quite sure you would be having better stuff to do than be here."

I sat beside him and kept a hand on his shoulder as I said "Hey, stop worrying. It's alright and as about Blake, I think I could handle bit of his tantrums and mood swings and you know what I actually kinda enjoy with you guys. Although you guys are a little boring, a little 'We're the best' a little kiddish but that's what makes you different because like you don't care that am a girl and treat me differently, you'd rather shove it on my face. I like that."

He chuckled in between but that wasn't the only noise I heard Because I heard something close. "I am glad. You know just give Blake some time, he'll come around. He's a good guy, don't judge by his actions right now because am quite sure you don't know the reasons. Anyways I'll leave you to change." he said "sure" I replied

I removed the top and my sweatpants and was left with my undergarments (red in color) His sweatpants would be too big for me so I wore the hoodie and went towards the wardrobe to find something of my size. Well, he did say that I could wear anything. I was horrified at the scene I saw in front of me. In the wardrobe stood none other that the bloody BLAKE!

It means he saw me naked!!! His expressions also resembled mine although quite different as if he was caught stealing a candy but soon changed it to his usual smirk as he leaned down and whispered "Red really does suit you." that sent shivers down my spine.

"What the actual f--" before i could finish he pinned me to the wall "You don't wanna curse on me princess."he said as he moved a bit far. 'Listen up, you physopathic bitch, who" he brought his hands near my thighs setting fire on every inch of my skin that he touched with his bare hands. I tried to push him away but he didn't flinch. I had to keep up with the act of innocent, weak girl who doesn't know how to fight.

"You do know that no one is going to believe you." he said and I know he had a point because like why would anyone even listen to me. Before i could even say anything he went, like literally vanished. Fuck! I don't care if he saw me naked but that means he even saw my tattoos and my scars... no fuck he can't..

I quickly wore the sweatpants that I had removed earlier and went down. Everyone was sitting on the couches giving the the television full attention but their heads snapped on my direction as I came down. Maxwell was laughing along with Mason. they others were chuckling and Jay was controlling his laughter. Gosh I know i look funny but this hilarious "You look good in my clothes." Jay said and they laughed harder, Blake was laughing as well."Shut up" I said as I sat between him and Blake.

Thank god there was enough space thus I wasn't so close to him and I took my chance and kicked him on his leg and then gave my attention to the TV. I heard him say "AHHHH!" and everyone looked at him but he was staring more like glaring at me but I didn't look at him nor anyone. "What happened?" Maxwell asked "Nothing, I think something just hit my dick" he snickered and I coughed loudly. I looked at him and he wore a painful expression but I hit him on his leg not his D*.

Some laughed and some faked an ouch but Maxwell had a smile on his face. to be honest this guy is so creepy at times..
