(19) Dinner!

He could get anyone's attention but he was in love with her ignorance.

Karoline's POV

These guys are unbelievable! they have been watching a movie that is so fucked up and the worse part is that they don't even know what's happening but still want to watch it. I don't even remember the title.I had enough so I stood up and decided to take a tour of the house "Hey, do you mind if I can look around the house since I will be over here for god knows how long?" I asked Jay to which he just nodded, still not looking away form that idiotic movie.

From what I know, this mansion has 5-6 rooms, 3 guest rooms and others that I still have to figure. Yup, this house really is big especially for only 3 people. The servants may be off as I don't see anyone or maybe they don't hire. Anyways, I went up first which had 5 doors, each for a room I guess. I opened the first and by the looks, you could say that it was neat and tidy.

I went down once I was done checking the up ones. The first two rooms were guest rooms as everything was as if it was untouched for a long time. The next room was also like the other 2 guestrooms except the part that some photos hung on the wall. They were of the guys, all of them. They must have been together for a long time. Some childhood pictures of Jay and these boys also hung but some of the boys were missing. I closed the door and got out.

After a while

Well, this house has a gym, home cinema and one of the best place, a library!! I was back up and all of them were still focused in the TV. I don't know if it was the same movie as I head towards the kitchen. I looked at the clock and it was 9:30 so I decided to make dinner. Since I had no idea where things are, I decided to take a look first. 

Looks like they recently did grocery shopping as everything that I wanted was there. I decided to make macaroni cheese and Chinese noodles as it would be faster and easier and be a proper dinner. I started taking the necessary ingredients out and started preparing...

I was cutting the cabbage needed for the noodles then turned to get a bowl but accidentally my hand pushed the glass and it shattered into pieces as it came in touch with the ground causing a loud thud and within no seconds all guys appeared with look of concern on their face. 

"What happened?" Jay and Jax asked at the same time. I pointed at the glass that was in pieces now. "What were you doing?" Maxwell asked "And god! what is this amazing smell" Mason asked "umm.. well I was making dinner for us, macaroni cheese and noodles." I replied

Everyone had a look of astonishment and amusement on their face and I don't understand why. "Did I do something wrong?" I said as everyone kept on looking at me except Maxwell who was now looking at the others. "Well, it has been a while since someone prepared a meal for us and on top you only know us for what 5 hours! We all are just surprised as its the first time someone is actually sweet to us and doing something without us threatening or ordering them to. Its heart touching."
