The next morning I was the first one to wake up, I had nothing to do and I wanted to get going so I decided to wake the others up so that we could go. I woke up Grant and asked him to pack up the few things we had with us while I woke up the girls. Soon enough we were off to Florendale.

When we finally got there, Erin and I split up from Grant and Ming and went to look for Zac. I made sure to thank Grant for saving me and Ming for taking care of my arm. Erin and I searched around town until I saw a familiar looking brown haired boy. He was standing at a stall looking at the food like a hungry dog, but he was not alone, Megan was with him as well.

"Erin, look they're over there," I pointed at them and then shouted their names as we started walking towards them. Megan was the first to turn around and smile when she saw Erin. She started running towards Erin to greet her, pushing through the crowds happily. At that moment everything was perfect, we were finally safe. But then out of the crowd another familiar face appeared, one I never thought I would see again, Ryan.

He sprinted towards Me and Erin, shouting insults at us and looking just about ready for murder. He came from Erin's side, pulling a dagger from his belt and lunging towards her. It all happened so quickly, but it seemed like it was moving in slow motion. I shoved Erin out of the way, causing her to fall, but Ryan moved quickly and caught her mid-fall. He then thrust the dagger into her heart, causing blood to bubble out of her mouth and my heart stopped. Everything around me became quiet until I heard Megan screaming for help seconds later and then I saw Ryan moving towards me. My heartbeat sped up and I jumped backwards barely missing the dagger. Then I lifted my knee to kick the dagger out of Ryan's hand and it clattered to the ground. Thanks to Megan's screaming guards soon came to the area and took Ryan away kicking and screaming.

I focussed my attention on Erin and fell to my knees beside her. "Erin!" I shouted, but she didn't answer. Her face was pale and her eyes were lifeless. I immediately started sobbing when Megan finally arrived and saw Erin lying there, lifeless.

Then Zac, taking in the scene and reacting accordingly. I couldn't focus on anything but the pain. We were so close to being reunited, we were inches away and it all got stolen away from us in the blink of an eye. Somehow I couldn't stop myself from blaming Zac for everything. I looked up to see him standing there in silence and shock.

My hatred towards him became more intense when I saw him and I instantly got to my feet. When I was on my feet he saw me and his face was filled with regret.

"Luna I'm so glad you're-" I cut him off by swinging my fist at him and punching him right in the nose. He yelped and clutched his bleeding nose.

"That's for Erin," I said and then waited for him to face me again.

"What do you-" I interrupted him with another punch and this time I hit him on his cheek.

"And that one is for leaving me alone to fend for myself," I said and then I glared at him and pulled my hand back to throw another punch his way, but when I saw the way he ducked and apologized I suddenly felt guilty. I was letting my anger get the best of me again and deep down I knew that I did not want to be this person. Somewhere below all my feelings of hatred, sadness and shock, there was a part of me that cared about Zac. It was a part that I desperately wanted to suppress, but I could not deny that it was there.

I lowered my hand and then all my locked up emotions came to the surface, I could not hold it back anymore. A sob escaped my lips and no matter how hard I tried I could not stop the tears from streaming down my face. Zac's face softened and he came closer and tried to embrace me, but I pushed him away. I was not going to let him get any closer to me. He had to know that I was extremely upset with him.
