"Damn, you look good." I said to Nora as she came out of the bathroom wearing a nice tight white dress.
She blushed and walked towards me. She reached out and grabbed my tie pulling me into her. "You make me look better." She said looking up and kissing me.
I smiled. "Come on, let's go."
She grabbed my hand as we walked out of the bathroom together.
The front door handle jiggled before it was opened.
A man in his fifties with short grey hair and a scruffy beard walked in followed by a girl with curly blonde hair who was only a few years older than me.
Nora stood shyly next to me.
I was trembling, it had been so long since I had seen my father. Since I had even talked to him, I was surprised when he agreed to come.
"Dad." I breathed out.
I saw a tear well up in his eyes as he started towards me with his arms out.
We embraced each other in a very large hug.
"I missed you Luke." He said to me.
"I'm sorry I never called." I said.
I felt him shake his head and he pulled back.
He gripped my shoulders. "My god you're big, what do they have in the water here?" He asked laughing.
I raised my eyebrows. "You have no idea."
"Madison, how are you?" I asked hugging my sister.
"Better than you probably." She said chuckling.
I shared a look with Nora and shook my head. "Not a chance."
Madison gave me a funny look. "What do you mean?"
I laughed. "Don't worry about it. Dad, this is my girlfriend Nora. Nora, my father James. Madison, Nora. Nora, Madison." I said introducing the three.
"It's so nice to meet you Mr. Vincent." She said shaking his hand.
"Please, call me James." He said smiling at her.
"We're going to get ready quick, and then we'll head out." My father said to us.
"Yeah of course, guest bedroom is over there. The bathroom is right there." I said pointing to the designated area.
"Yeah we know. We had to show ourselves around while you were busy working." Madison said sarcastically. "Who works on Thanksgiving?"
"Cops." I said to her smiling. I lowered my voice to a whisper and looked at Nora. "And superheroes."
Nora laughed.

"So Madison, how are things in Star City?" Cisco asked her as we all sat around the table after eating."Star City is actually doing well for themselves right now. Especially with the collapse it had during the Diaz situation." She said shaking. "That was scary."
"How's the hero population over there?" Cisco continued.
Madison took a drink of her wine. "I met the Green Arrow actually, had to patch up his injuries shortly after he was released from Slabside." She said making a 'beat that face.'
Madison was a doctor like Caitlin, and she was a damn good one as well. Madison and I were always very competitive, always trying to one up the other.
I took that as a challenge and I knew just how to get her. She had always wanted to meet the Flash, ever since I got to Central City she would text me non-stop about him.
"I mean I met the Flash and the Spider." I said shrugging.
Barry choked on his drink as the words came out of his mouth.
"Oh yeah? When?" She asked.
"They needed help on a case after the whole Lizard situation." I said subtly winking at him.
Caitlin was quick to change the subject. "You're a doctor? That's so cool, me too."
Madison smiled. "Maybe we can teach each other some new things sometime?"
"I'd love that." Caitlin said warmly.
"So what do you do Cisco?" My father asked him.
"Before the Particle Accelerator exploded I was an employee at S.T.A.R Labs, now I continue to work there as well as assist the CCPD with metahuman related cases." Cisco said nodding his head.
"Scientist?" My father asked.
"Bingo."
"How about you Caitlin?" My father continued asking around.
"I work at S.T.A.R Labs too but in the medical field." She said.
" I already know the Doctor part, do you do anything else?" He asked.
Caitlin nodded. "I'm a scientist as well."
"Wow, impressive." My father said causing Caitlin to smile.
My phone buzzed aggressively on the table.
"It's Wally." I said looking concerned towards Barry.
Barry and The West's immediately looked at their phone. "Yeah he called me too, I didn't hear it." Barry said followed in agreement by the others.
I swiped and answered the phone. I stood up to talk to him.
"Hey Wally, what's up?" I asked him.
"Are you guys okay? I tried calling the others but they didn't answer, I'm assuming you're all together for Thanksgiving?"
"Yeah, yeah we are. What's going on?" I asked.
"Jeez, I cant believe I'm seeing this from Japan before you are. Turn on the tv, any channel." He said to me.
I quickly moved across the room and grabbed the remote, I turned on the tv as the others gathered around.
Live footage from Iron Heights appeared on screen, it was a full on prison break. The cops were trying their best to settle it down but the place was on fire, prisoners were running rampant, it was crazy.
I stood up and pretended to answer the phone.
"Yeah, we'll be there as soon as possible." I said to the fake person on the other line.
Barry was right on my shoulder. "Are you sure you're up for this?" He whispered.
"I've been ready for awhile, and it looks like I don't have a choice. We're going to need Cisco and Caitlin for this one." I said keeping my voice down.
Everyone was watching the tv but Nora watched me with worried eyes.
"You're going aren't you?" She mouthed.
I nodded.
Barry nodded at Caitlin, Cisco, and Ralph, they stood up immediately and headed for the door.
"We need to go make sure our families are okay." Cisco said for the both of them as they departed.
"Barry, Singh needs us at the precinct." I said to him.
"Is there anything I can do to help?" My father asked.
Joe put a hand on his shoulder. "Our job is to get the others to safety."
My father nodded as the two cops ushered Cecile and the baby, Nora, Madison, and Iris out the door.
"This could get ugly real fast, keep your head on a swivel." Barry said as his suit came out of his ring and he was in it in a Flash.
I tapped the spider symbol on my chest as my suit grew over me.
I pulled my mask over my head.
"Happy Thanksgiving."
