Chapter 42

CAITLIN POV

"Do you think you'll ever be able to love someone agin after what happened with Justin?"

Claudia dropped me a good question. It hadn't really struck my mind as of yet, I mean it wasn't exactly the thing you thought about until someone brought it up.

I didn't know how I felt to be honest. Things had been going so smoothly with Lou lately, I hadn't been given an opportunity to think about it.

"Um I really don't know. I suppose yes, but that's because I trust Lou. I haven't had any reason to not trust him yet." A small amount of silence was evident after a spoke. The feel of the room wasn't awkward, but nobody knew what to say. That was until Lizzie broke the silence.

"Can we bring some of the guys down here? I feel like we're lacking something here."

"Oh c'mon, all you wanna do is make out with Michael." Stef spoke for about the fifth time that night, and caused us girls to snigger a fair amount. Lizzie looked pretty embarrassed, probably because that she knew it was true.

I picked up my phone and texted Bri while the girls pondered the thought of inviting boys.

Hey, don't know if you heard but I'm back in Aus for a while! I'd love to catch up x

"Ok, who are we inviting?" Lizzie was awfully keen on the idea, then again I think we all were. I was up for seeing Louis, and I think Claudia and Stef were up for seeing their males. I didn't exactly know how Anna felt.

"Ok well Cal, Ash, Lou and obviously Mikey." Claudia listed off the guys, pointing at each of us as she did so.

My phone suddenly buzzed in the palm of my hand, coincidentally at the same time as I was about to text Lou to come down. I thought I'd reply to my latest text first though.

The game of truth or dare continued, but I wasn't paying attention. I was now having two texting conversations at once. Mum would have killed me, she didn't exactly love me texting while in the presence of others.

My texts kept coming. It turns out that Bri was in the hotel with Luke so they were going to come down with us, and Louis was all for the idea. About ten minutes later, each member of 5SOS walked in, as well as Bri.

"Hey girls!" Ashton entered the room, the enthusiastic man that he was. He took a sit next to Stef before placing a kiss her on cheek. She looked a little embarrassed, but from getting to know her, it looks like she just acted that way sometimes.

Cal sat next to Claudia, Mike sat next to Lizzie and Luke and Bri sat cuddling next to each other, leaving Anna and I a little out of it for the moment. I was counting the seconds until Louis arrived.

And as that thought entered my mind, a knock sounded on the door and I bolted up straight away and rushed for the door.

"Woah, Caity! Calm down!" Lizzie chuckled out a little, followed by the rest of the gang. But I couldn't care less to be honest.

"Hey!" Lou waltzed in and kissed me on the lips, while I stood on my tip toes, Something that I loved about dating a taller guy.

I was about to shut the door as I heard a familiar Irish accent. "Hey! Don't leave me out!"
