"We talked to the doctor, and we convinced him to let us talk to you," Brendon whispers.
"They ran test, and your hormones are all out of whack, and the medicine the last doctor wasn't helping the situation that's why you did what you did. The doctor prescribed all new pills. New prenatal pills, some type of pills that fixes your hormones, pain killers, muscle relaxer, and some new type of antidepressants for pregnant women," Patrick says.
The words go in one ear and out the other. I'm not even paying attention. I'm just thinking about what a huge hole I'm in.
"You have to take the pain killers every 6 hours, and muscle relaxer before bed," Andy says.
"They should make you feel really good," Pete says.
"Oh my God, Pete," Joe mumbles.
"When can I leave," I mumble looking at Brendon.
"The doctor said later on tonight," Brendon quietly says.
Kenneth hands me bright neon colored pills and a glass of water.
"Drink up... it's the prenatal pill stuff," he says.
As soon as I take that, he hands me a cream colored pill and a green pill.
"Hormone fixer thingy and antidepressant thingy," he says.
I take it, and I tug on Brendon's hand. He looks down at me with those large doe brown eyes.
"What is it," he asks.
"Lay down," I mumble.
He gently smiles and carefully lays down beside me. The rest of the guys take that as their cue to leave.
"I'm sorry," I whisper looking at him.
"It's okay. I'm just happy that both of you are alive," he whispers.
"You're not mad," I ask.
"No. How can I be mad when I'm head over heels for you," he asks gently pressing his lips against mine.
We lay there for hours talking about random things. Patrick walks in with Elisa saying that we can leave. I slowly get up, but Brendon picks me up bridal style. I let out a laugh, and he chuckles.
"There's the laugh I love," he quietly says kissing me on my nose.
In the car, I sit in his lap curled up in a ball looking out the window while he plays with my hair. When we get to the beach houses, he picks me up and carries me inside.
"You're going straight to the bed," he says.
"I want to take a shower or something," I say.
"You can't stand in a shower for that long........ but I can give you a bubble bath," he whispers smiling.
"Okay," I reply.
When we're in the bathroom, Brendon refuses to let me down.
"You have to let me down so that I can take my clothes off," I say.
"No, you'll hurt yourself," he stubbornly says.
"I won't. You can't hod me and do everything at the same time. I'll be fine," I say.
He hesitantly puts me down and quickly begins to fill the bath tub up with water and bubbles. I slowly take off my shirt. Pain shoots through my stomach, and I bite my lip to keep from gasping. Then I slowly take off my pants. The pain intensifies, and I bend over and grab my stomach. Brendon's at my side immediately.
"What's hurting," he asks.
"My stomach," I groan.
He quickly grabs the pain killers and muscle relaxers, and I take them. He takes off my underwear, and he sits me down into the warm bubbly tub. He puts my hair up in a messed up pony tail, and sits down on the floor.
"Brendon, why don't you take a bath too," I quietly ask trying not to smile.
He smiles and says, "Okay."
He stands up and slowly takes off all his clothes, and then he sits on the other side of the tub.
